跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　姜国钧：1947年生人，大学学历，(退休前的工作请看国家人事部主编的”中国科学家大词典”)。笔名，画虎者，山之子，字”虎缘”。63年作品“小司机”获奖后至今画画61年，73年路遇东北虎后画虎约51年。主要国画工笔、水墨徬及水彩、油画。国家一级美术师，中央电视台艺术导师，北京华夏兰亭书画院院士，世界侨联总会艺委会理事，清华美院驿站特聘画家，威海经区老年书画家协会主席，威海市老年大学教师。作品《喜羊羊.乐羊羊》被国家博物馆收藏，《岛宝图》被中国书画艺术指导委员会授予《最具收藏价值奖》，中国文联和全国艺术家公示中心授于《中国书画终身成就奖》，由中国国家艺术促进会、国际孔子文化研究院、中国文化艺术人才管理中心联合授予《人民书画家》称号，中国文化学会书画艺委会、中国国际集邮网、中华文化艺术基金会(澳门)、中国国礼、中国邮政澳门邮政及中集邮等多家在建国75周年到来之际授予中国当代艺术功勋人物，等多种艺术称号和出版发行素有国家名片之美誉的邮票邮品。作品赞美雄伟壮丽的祖国，歌颂追光逐梦的民族。作品曾经多次参加国内外邀请展;特别是今年应美国首次邀请经中方组委会选定六幅作品在纽约时代广场展播一个月，作品《虎年开泰》被英国牛津艺术学院收藏，作品《虎之威》被澳大利亚翁真如艺术基金会收藏，作品《天虎》被子曰美术馆收藏…还有多幅作品被韩国，日本等艺术单位和国外政要收藏。由世界文化艺术网，中亚文化交流网，国际文化艺术联合会，向联合国教科文组织推举，经联合国秘书长：安东尼奥 .古特雷斯，签字，获世界艺术奖同时授予《2023年度全球十大杰出风云人物》荣誉称号。

Pen name, drawing a tiger, the son of a mountain, with the courtesy name "Tiger Origin". After winning the award in 63 years, "Little Driver" has been painting for 61 years, and after encountering the Northeast Tiger in 73 years, he has been painting for about 51 years. Main traditional Chinese painting techniques include meticulous brushwork, ink painting, watercolor, and oil painting. National first-class artist, art mentor of CCTV, academician of Beijing Huaxia Lanting Calligraphy and Painting Academy, director of the Art Committee of the World Federation of Overseas Chinese, specially appointed painter at Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts Station, chairman of the Weihai Economic District Elderly Calligraphers and Painters Association, and teacher at Weihai Senior University. The work "Happy Sheep and Happy Sheep" has been collected by the National Museum, the "Island Treasure Map" has been awarded the "Most Valuable Collection Award" by the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art Guidance Committee, the "Lifetime Achievement Award of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting" by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the National Artists Publicity Center, and the "People's Calligrapher and Painter" title jointly awarded by the China National Art Promotion Association, the International Confucius Culture Research Institute, and the China Cultural and Art Talent Management Center. On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, several artists such as the Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee of the Chinese Cultural Society, the China International Philatelic Network, the Chinese Culture and Art Foundation (Macau), China National Rites, China Post Macao Postal Administration, and China Philatelic Collection have awarded various artistic titles and publications, Stamp products known as the national business card.
