吴瑞云，女，中共党员，陕西日报社高级经济师，国家一级美术师，陕西省美术家协会会员、陕西省新闻书画协会理事、陕西省慈善协会书画院理事、陕西省政府黄楼书画会研究员、原兰州军区西安书画院副院长、秦岭艺术研究院副院长、一带一路书画研究院副院长等。

2016年，荣获全国女书画家首届精品展金奖；同年，被中国国际新闻授予“感动中国2016年度艺术盛典活动时代影响力人物”荣誉称号；2017年，国画作品荣获“当代羲之奖第七届中国书画家作品邀请展”金奖；同年10月，作品入选《新闻传媒杯》全国美术书法大赛；2018年，荣获“中国骄傲艺术年度人物”称号；2020年获“民心向党、抗击疫情”全国网络书画展特等奖；2021年获“重走长征路、喜迎十四运”全国书画展二等奖；2021年获陕西省报协庆祝建党100周年书画展二等奖。2022年获全国第二届“墨泽杯”书画艺术大赛金奖、陕西省慈善协会“慈善书画突出贡献奖”、“万人同书中国梦”二十大主题全国书画大赛二等奖。中国文化传媒网、陕西电视台、陕西传媒网等媒体都曾做过专访。

山水画作品曾在《陕西日报》《三秦书画报》《金秋》等报刊上发表，并分别收辑于《笔尖上的中国艺坛》《人民艺术家》《当代艺术》《创意中国•艺术盛典》《丝绸之路绘画艺坛》《感动中国艺术年鉴》等30多部画册中。

2014年出版个人画册《吴瑞云山水画集》。2020年，陕西人民美术出版社出版画册《瑞云山水》，在书画界引起良好反响。近几年来中国集邮总公司、中国国际集邮网、国际集邮文化中心、美国集邮集团等机构先后8次为她出版个人纪念邮册，共收录作品100多幅。

多幅作品被陕西省艺术馆、陕西省图书馆、井冈山革命博物馆等机构和欧洲、东南亚等友好人士收藏。

In 2016, she won the gold medal at the first National Fine Arts Exhibition of Female Calligraphers and Painters; In the same year, he was awarded the honorary title of "Influential Person in the Era of Touching China's 2016 Art Festival Activity" by China International News; In 2017, Chinese painting works won the Gold Award at the 7th Contemporary Xizhi Award Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Works Invitation Exhibition; In October of the same year, the work was selected for the National Art and Calligraphy Competition of the News Media Cup; In 2018, awarded the title of "China Proud Art Person of the Year"; In 2020, won the special prize at the National Online Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition for "People's Heart Towards the Party, Fighting the Epidemic"; In 2021, won the second prize at the National Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition of "Rewalking the Long March Road and Welcoming the 14th National Games"; In 2021, won the second prize at the calligraphy and painting exhibition celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China by the Shaanxi Provincial Newspaper Association. In 2022, won the gold medal in the second National "Moze Cup" Calligraphy and Painting Art Competition, the second prize in the Shaanxi Charity Association's "Outstanding Contribution Award in Charity Calligraphy and Painting", and the 20th National Calligraphy and Painting Competition with the theme of "Ten Thousand People Writing the Chinese Dream". Media outlets such as China Culture Media Network, Shaanxi TV Station, and Shaanxi Media Network have all conducted exclusive interviews.

Landscape painting works have been published in newspapers such as Shaanxi Daily, Sanqin Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper, and Jinqiu, and have been collected in more than 30 art albums, including "Chinese Art on the Pen", "People's Artists", "Contemporary Art", "Creative China • Art Festival", "Silk Road Painting Art Circle", and "Touching China Art Yearbook".

In 2014, he published his personal album "Wu Ruiyun's Landscape Painting Collection". In 2020, Shaanxi People's Fine Arts Publishing House published a picture album called "Ruiyun Landscape", which caused a good response in the calligraphy and painting industry. In recent years, China National Philatelic Corporation, China International Philatelic Network, International Philatelic Cultural Center, and American Philatelic Group have published her personal commemorative album 8 times, including more than 100 works.

Multiple works have been collected by institutions such as the Shaanxi Provincial Art Museum, Shaanxi Provincial Library, Jinggangshan Revolution Museum, as well as friendly individuals from Europe and Southeast Asia.
