徐德伦，党员，出生于1940年3月，锡伯族，辽宁大连人，大学学历，高级工程师。退休前任职央属矿企管理工作。自幼喜爱书法，尤其在退休后，全身心研习书法，曾参加《中国书画导报》、国开大学书法学院举办的书画研修班学习，主修行、草书。结业时，其撰写的题为《书苑点睛获真谛》的文章入编《中国书法精英的摇篮》。

现为中国书画家、国家高级书法师、国家一级美术师（书法）、中国楹联学会会员、中国书画家联谊会会员、中央国家机关书法家协会会员、中国硬笔书法协会会员、中国老年书画研究会会员、中国炎黄艺术协会会员、中国炎黄艺术学会会员、《中国艺术名家档案馆》终身会员、书法教育高级讲师，中国中外名人文化研究会学术委员会顾问、中国楹联学会艺术研究会《联墨艺术报》理事会副理事长、中国楹联学会书画艺术院《书画艺术报》副主任、中国翰墨艺术研究院理事、中企联投信息科技研究院书画专业委员会理事、全国名人书画艺术联合会委员、原文化部中国书画院高级书画师、北京大有乾景书画院副院长、中国翰墨艺术网艺术委员会理事、曲阜鸿儒书画院常务副院长、中儒文化产业联盟主席、香港中国书法家协会名誉主席（终身）、藏艺网书画工作委员会艺术顾问、《中华英才》半月刊社融媒体中心理事会联盟理事会理事、中央新影中学生频道美育视界栏目组教授级顾问。加入全国职业信用评价网技能人才库。

多年来，作品在 “四圣杯”、“炎黄杯”、“中华魂”、“纪念毛泽东诞辰120周年”等全国书画作品大赛、大展等活动中，获金奖五次，银奖三次，其他奖项若干次。作品被编入“巍巍中华书画大典”、“翰墨颂伟人”、“献礼十八大——中华魂全国诗书画精品集萃”、“炎黄杯国际诗书画印艺术精品”、“中国草书选集”、“中国行书选集”、“中国书画名家代表作年鉴（2012）”、“收藏天地”、“第三届全国中老年书画创作交流研讨会获奖作品选集”等二十余种辞书。2014年，与沈鹏、权希军一起入编由中国文化出版社出版的《艺术之约》，与沈鹏、欧阳中石、张海、刘大伟、冯远、言恭达等10位书画家一起入编由文化部文化交流中心主编的《一代翘楚》；还有《文化中国行·走进大家》、《世纪辉煌》、《华夏瑰宝》、《国学典藏》、《推动中国的领军人物》、大型传记《中国书画家艺术人生访谈录》等书刋。三百余幅作品刊登在中国书法网、国家艺术网、中国传承艺术网等数十家网站。特别今年两会期间，中国企业报“艺术资本”以“特邀最受欢迎的人民书画家献礼全国两会”为标题，发2015年第八十一期专刊，以近二十幅书法作品，热烈祝贺全国两会胜利召开。多年来被相关艺术机构及组委会授予“传承经典艺术100强书画家”、“2013年备受关注100强书画家”、“毛泽东艺术风骨推崇者”、“中华民族杰出艺术家”、“金奖艺术家”、“中华文化名人”、“全国百位优秀人民书画家”、“向企业重奌推荐的百强书画名家”、“优秀人民艺术家”等称号，并入选“中华文化名人堂”。2014年9月荣誉入选新长城艺术家，其题词和代表作品被镌刻在八达岭新长城向中外游客永久展示，并由中国八达岭新长城组委会颁发荣誉证书，授予“中国八达岭新长城优秀艺术家和八达岭长城中国文化榜入选艺术家”，作品刊登在《商界财富》杂志上向海外发行。

2015年8月参加韩国书法交流展，受到好评。2015年11月被全国名人书画艺联会授予《最具收藏价值书画名家》称号。

2016年以来，书法作品入编《当代书画传承代表人物作品展》，同时书法作品被中国文化遗产保护研究院收藏，准予在中国文化保护研究院网站上推广、介绍，同时存入中国文化遗产保护研究院数据库，并颁发证书。

2017年，作品入选由中国国家画院国展美朮中心等单位举办的“深入生活，扎根人民”优秀人民书画家作品成果展，并在（国展）美术中心展出。作品还入选“古建与书画之美”---全国书画名家作品展，并在展会上展出。这一年也是作品丰收年，其作品入编《最具投资价值艺术家艺术专刊》、《走向世界的中华名家》、《中国梦---书画艺术传承发展推动者》、《中国骄子》、《大道传薪》、《中国翰墨艺术》、《中国书画匠心人物》、《艺术军魂》、《大师作品欣赏》等十几部刊册。

作品在《榜样人物》2017年度影响力艺术家大型网络书画展活动中，荣获特等奖。

2018年以来，作品入编《中国美术选集》、《中国当代书画名家库》、《中国艺术传世名家》、《中国骄子》、《艺术市场》、《瑰宝收藏—最具投资价值艺术家艺术专刊（苏士澍、刘大卫、董文政、徐德伦）》、《致敬新时代》、《国家名片》、《影响世界华人盛典》等近十几部书、刊、册等。尤其是《影响世界华人盛典》一书，是由屠呦呦、金庸、马云、崔如琢、徐德伦等五人入编组成。

2019年元旦出版以“政、商、艺功勋人物”名义，由国家广电总局监制的台历，是由习主席、任正非等五人三方代表之工作汇报，徐德伦（以书法艺术代表）参与其中。

在2019年两会期间，被媒体选为以“我为两会代表”的名义，在《人民代表报》出版付刊专刊，八版十八幅作品，庆祝两会召开。

在2018年末2019年初，接受由中国中外名人文化研究会学术委员会组织，由国内著名书画评鉴专家（其中单国强、吕长生）对其（徐德伦）作品（书法）进行了评鉴，为“中国最具收藏价值艺术家”，并颁发证书。

在这次活动期间，也受到相关媒体单位予以的肯定，相继授予“改期开放杰出功勋艺术家”、“文化自信艺术家”、“致敬中华70载艺术成就人物”、“中国当代书画名家”并在书画名家共贺改革开放40周年大型网络书画展中荣获“特等奖”且授予“改革开放40周年先锋艺术家”荣誉称号。

2019年，应《庆祝中美建交四十周年艺术展组委会》邀写，书写《中美建交四十年·高瞻远瞩必向前》的书法作品，经组委会专家一致认定获得“特等奖”并将定制在国礼玉扣上，并授予“大国文化形象大使”荣誉称号。

2020年为庆祝中意建交五十周年，创作《东西交往传佳话、中意友谊续新篇》书法作品，被组委会为国礼定制在国礼国瓷上，以此被授予“中意文化交流形象大使”荣誉称号。

2021年，作品入选由《中国美术》杂志社，艺品芸主办的“中国美术名家邀请展”，获参展证书。

近期中国书画职称润格评定中心等4单位评选，特授予“国家一级艺术大师”，并获得“一代名家”荣誉称号。

在纪念中国共产党成立100周年活动中，被中国书画艺术评审委员会等3单位官方权威颁发“功勋艺术家”荣誉称号。

中国功勋人物委员会特评定为“中国功勋人物”称号。经国家级艺术大师评审委员会等单位授予“国宝级艺术大师”称号，又经“中国文化艺术界联合会”、中国传统文化发展中心等单位授予“中国书画艺术家百佳”、“艺术传承人物”、“特别推荐艺术家”、“中国正能量艺术家”、“中国实力派书画家”、“中国国际艺术形象大使”，国礼艺术家评审委员会授予“国礼艺术家”，中国国宾礼文化保护委员会授予“中国国礼特供艺术家”，“二十一世纪中国文化名人”等荣誉称号。

2022年4月，在《党旗下的艺术家》—喜迎二十大胜利召开大型艺术专题报导活动中，被中国文化艺术发展中心授予“当代艺坛巨匠”荣誉称号，2022年重点推荐“中国艺术大家”称号。在《大国大家》艺术家优选工程申报评选活动中，被授予《大国·大家杰出艺术家优选人才》荣誉称号；被中国传统文化发展委员会等4家单位共同授予“最具时代风采艺术大家”荣誉称号。雅昌艺术国际交易组委会邀请为“雅昌艺术国际交易网会员艺术家”。

2023年，多次被相关单位及部门授予：一月份“新时代杰出艺术家”；二月份《2022年度百位影响力艺术巅峰人物》；三月份《中国当代世界级艺术家》、《非遗金版手艺人》、《中国书画终身成就奖》等荣誉称号；并于5月份加入中国艺术家信息公示系统。被中国文学艺术界联合会授予“中国艺术传奇人物”，被中国文博会展委会推荐为“中国文博会——推荐艺术家”，并被《全国艺术职称考级中心》聘为“首席专家”。

2023年4月9日，在中国现代书画名家流派传承学术研讨会之学术报告中，专家组确切阐述了“富丽优雅的徐派新草书—著名书法家徐德伦”，当代草书当如是，一往无前赓续春秋！

 Xu Delun, a party member, was born in March 1940. He is of the Xibe ethnic group and is from Dalian, Liaoning. He holds a university degree and is a senior engineer. Prior to retirement, worked as a manager in a central mining enterprise. I have loved calligraphy since childhood, especially after retirement. I devoted myself to studying calligraphy and participated in calligraphy and painting training courses organized by the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Guide and the Calligraphy School of National Development University. My main focus was on practicing calligraphy and cursive script. At the end of the year, his article titled "The Essence of Calligraphy in the Academy" was included in "The Cradle of Chinese Calligraphy Elite".

With nearly 20 calligraphy works, it warmly congratulated the successful convening of the National Two Sessions. In September 2014, he was honored as an artist on the New Great Wall, and his inscriptions and representative works were engraved on the Badaling New Great Wall for permanent display to Chinese and foreign tourists. The China Badaling New Great Wall Organizing Committee awarded him an honorary certificate and awarded him the title of "Outstanding Artist of the Badaling New Great Wall and Artist Selected on the Badaling Great Wall Chinese Culture List". His works were published in the "Business Wealth" magazine and distributed overseas.

In August 2015, participated in the Korean Calligraphy Exchange Exhibition and received high praise. In November 2015, he was awarded the title of "Most Valuable Calligrapher and Painter" by the National Celebrity Calligraphy and Painting Art Federation.

Since 2016, calligraphy works have been included in the Exhibition of Representative Figures in Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Inheritance. At the same time, calligraphy works have been collected by the China Academy of Cultural Heritage Protection and Research, and are allowed to be promoted and introduced on the website of the institute. They are also stored in the database of the institute and issued certificates.

In 2017, the work was selected for the "Deepening Life, Rooting in the People" Outstanding People's Calligraphers and Painters Exhibition organized by the National Exhibition Art Center of the Chinese Academy of Painting and other units, and exhibited at the (National Exhibition) Art Center. The work was also selected for the "Beauty of Ancient Architecture and Calligraphy and Painting" - National Exhibition of Famous Calligraphers and Painters, and exhibited at the exhibition. This year was also a fruitful year for his works. Since 2018, his works have been included in nearly a dozen books, magazines, and volumes, including "Selected Works of Chinese Art", "Library of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphers and Painters", "Inherited Masters of Chinese Art", "Chinese Pride", "Art Market", "Treasure Collection - Artist Art Special Issue with the Most Investment Value (Su Shishu, Liu David, Dong Wenzheng, Xu Delun)", "Salute to the New Era", "National Business Card", "Influential World Chinese Festival", etc. Especially the book "The World Chinese Celebration" is composed of five people including Tu Youyou, Jin Yong, Jack Ma, Cui Ruzhuo, and Xu Delun.

 During the 2019 National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, I was selected by the media to publish a special issue in the People's Representative Daily under the name of "I am a representative of the two sessions", with eight editions and eighteen works, to celebrate the convening of the two sessions.

At the end of 2018 and beginning of 2019, Xu Delun's works (calligraphy) were evaluated by renowned domestic calligraphy and painting evaluation experts (including Shan Guoqiang and Lv Changsheng) organized by the Academic Committee of the China Association for Cultural Research of Chinese and Foreign Celebrities. Xu Delun was awarded the title of "China's Most Valuable Artist" and a certificate was issued.

During this event, it was also recognized by relevant media units, and was successively awarded the titles of "Outstanding Meritorious Artist of the Reform and Opening up", "Cultural Confidence Artist", "Salute to 70 Years of Artistic Achievements in China", and "Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masters". It was also awarded the "Special Award" and the honorary title of "Pioneer Artist of the 40th Anniversary of the Reform and Opening up" at the large-scale online calligraphy and painting exhibition where calligraphy and painting masters celebrated the 40th anniversary of the reform and opening up.

In 2019, at the invitation of the Organizing Committee of the Art Exhibition to Celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between China and the United States, he wrote a calligraphy work titled "Forty Years of Diplomatic Relations between China and the United States: A Long sighted and Forward looking Future". After unanimous recognition by the experts of the organizing committee, he was awarded the "Special Award" and was customized on a national jade buckle, and was awarded the honorary title of "Ambassador of Great Cultural Image".

In 2020, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Italy, a calligraphy work titled "Stories of East West Exchange and Continuation of Sino Italian Friendship" was created. The organizing committee customized the national gift on the national porcelain, and was awarded the honorary title of "Ambassador of Cultural Exchange between China and Italy".

In 2021, the work was selected for the "Invitational Exhibition of Chinese Art Masters" hosted by China Art Magazine and Yipin Yun, and received an exhibition certificate.

Recently, four units including the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Professional Title Runge Evaluation Center have been selected and awarded the title of "National First Class Art Master", and have been awarded the honorary title of "Generation Famous Master".

In the event of commemorating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC, he was awarded the honorary title of "Meritorious Artist" by the official authority of three units, including the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Arts Review Committee.

The Chinese Meritorious Figures Committee has specially awarded the title of "Chinese Meritorious Figures". The title of "National Treasure level Art Master" has been awarded by the National Art Master Evaluation Committee and other units. In April 2022, he was awarded the honorary title of "Contemporary Art Master" by the China Cultural and Art Development Center during the large-scale art themed reporting event of "Artists under the Party" - Celebrating the Victory of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. In 2022, he was recommended as the "Master of Chinese Art". On April 9, 2023, in the academic report of the academic seminar on the inheritance of modern Chinese calligraphy and painting masters, the expert group accurately elaborated on "the magnificent and elegant Xu style new cursive script - the famous calligrapher Xu Delun". Contemporary cursive script should continue to move forward in the spring and autumn!
