吴平元，1967年生，湖南省邵阳县白仓镇千秋村人。特级书画师，著名书画家，华夏国艺青少年教育培训中心书画导师。现为:世界华人文化名人协会理事，世界华人文化研究中心理事，北京五洲华人文化发展中心理事。吴平元创作突出获全国美术教育辅导一等奖。获广东省教育厅教学辅导一等奖。获深圳市教育局教学辅导一等奖。获龙岗教育局教学辅导一等奖。所带的学生参赛全国、省、市。特等奖30，获一等奖600人，获二等奖700人，获三等奖800人。

2019年所带学生符优枫考入中国美术学院。硬笔、软笔书法学生参加考级十级200人，美术学生参加考级十级300多人。

2005年在深圳龙岗塘坑学校任美术教师。

2021教育部委托中国人民大学主办出版教学与研究国家级教肓类期刊，中国期刊网收录期刊，国家社科基金首批资助期刊。小学初中高中电教媒体教学有效性研究。

他的绘画作品在各种高端赛事中，频获大奖，他的绘画作品制成邮票发行拥有国家文化名片的标签。他的绘画作品在英国、德国、荷兰、法国、卢森堡、意大利、西班牙、瑞士等国际拍卖市场上一幅难得。

他的绘画作品:包括长城、奔马、扇面、烙画等装饰性很强的作品在寻常百姓家大受欢迎。所以纵观他的作品，上能达象牙塔顶，下可以入寻常门第，雅俗共赏，由此可证:也唯有雅俗共赏，所以不必感叹三百年后的境遇景象，而是可以在当下就让丹青艺术呈现出盎然磅礴的艺术魅力。未来之功，更是不可限量!

Wu Pingyuan, born in 1967, is from Qianqiu Village, Baicang Town, Shaoyang County, Hunan Province. His paintings, including the Great Wall, galloping horses, fans, pyrography, and other highly decorative works, are very popular in ordinary people's homes. So looking at his works, he can reach the top of an ivory tower and enter an ordinary family at the bottom, enjoying both the refined and the popular. This proves that only the refined and the popular can be appreciated together. Therefore, there is no need to marvel at the situation three hundred years later, but rather to present the magnificent artistic charm of painting art in the present. The future achievements are immeasurable!
