Wu Kaifei, also known as Wu Kaifei. Pen name Jingtang Menren,
born in 1951 in Baotou City, Inner Mongolia, studied under the famous
painter Mr. Bai Ming. I am currently a member of the Calligrapher and
Painter Working Committee of the New Art Group of the Chinese
Calligrapher and Painter Association, a member of the Calligraphy Art
Research Association of the Chinese Couplet Society, and a member of the
Calligraphy and Painting Art Professional Committee of the Chinese
Ethnic Architecture Research Association.

Wu Kaifei's works promote the vastness and profoundness of
Chinese culture, and inherit and carry forward the spirit of calligraphy
and artistic life of Professor Bai Ming. Looking at Wu Kaifei's
peonies, what we see is not only beauty, but also a reflection of
emotions. In the beautiful colors, elegant ink, sparse brushstrokes, and
simple composition, we can taste the aesthetic taste of "clear water
produces hibiscus, and natural carving is done".
As one of the "Four Gentlemen of Traditional Chinese Painting"
and one of the "Three Friends of the Year and Cold", plum blossom has a
noble and resilient character, and is also one of the themes often
painted by literati and literati. Wu Kaifei's plum blossom has a strong
and vigorous writing ability. The combination of color and ink is
suitable for both intensity and freshness, natural and elegant, with a
vivid overall effect.

He has a wide variety of plum blossoms, including red plums, ink
plums, white plums, purple plums, etc., with a beautiful composition
and a colorful and vivid charm. His works have received widespread
praise from the calligraphy and painting industry multiple times.
Painting is full of culture, human emotions, and cultivation is elegant, elegant, and elegant -- On the famous painter Wu Kaifei
Compared to external painters who are obsessed with brushwork
and style, Mr. Wu Kaifei's paintings today tend to embody the spirit of
nature and convey the wonders of humanity. This internal creative
context is precisely the best interpretation of the artist's own
artistic expertise! In terms of subject matter selection, Mr. Wu Kaifei
also inherits the tradition of literati painting. The majority of the
paintings are mainly created with the temperament of flowers and birds.
The exquisite peony brushstrokes are natural, while the plum blossom ink
charm is vigorous and timeless. Whether it is the peony or the plum
blossom in his works, it is also inseparable from the dual concepts of
clear heart reflection and freehand creation under Mr. Wu Kaifei's pen!
It means using a brush to convey the meaning, using emotions to imbue
charm, possessing both excellent painting skills and extraordinary
accomplishments!

In the creation of plum blossom works, Mr. Wu Kaifei is very
good at depicting the Dao Jian texture of the plum blossom itself.
However, from his aesthetic perception of the entire picture, we can
feel a fusion of dynamic aesthetic structures! In terms of brushwork, it
breaks the pretentious feeling of vulgar flowers and birds, and in
terms of structure, it establishes a sense of vividness through form. A
painting of plum blossoms is done with clean and sharp brushwork, with
appropriate ink intensity. When coloring, it can not only showcase the
beauty of plum blossoms, but also reflect their character. It is called
beautiful but not vulgar, beautiful but not beautiful! Not only that, in
order to express a unique artistic texture in the context of the entire
plum blossom painting, the teacher often adds a certain degree of
natural halo to the brushstrokes in his works, aiming to use ink to make
colors and balance ink with color!
