跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　赖由亮，江西赣州石城人，国家一级美术师，中国教育电视台《水墨丹青》书画院副院长，中国国画艺术研究院创作室主任，中央美术学院客座教授，山东孔子美术馆副馆长，加拿大皇家艺术学院客座教授，英国牛津艺术学院客座教授，香港美术家协会副主席，江西美术家协会会员，石城美术家协会副主席。2022年，文旅部授牌:中国书画艺术名家赖由亮工作室。

　　Lai Youliang, born in Shicheng, Ganzhou, Jiangxi, is a national first-class artist. He is also the Vice President of the Painting and Calligraphy Institute of China Education Television, Director of the Creation Office of the Chinese Academy of Painting Art, Visiting Professor of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Deputy Curator of the Confucius Art Museum in Shandong, Visiting Professor of the Royal Academy of Arts in Canada, Visiting Professor of the Oxford Academy of Arts in the UK, Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Artists Association, Member of the Jiangxi Artists Association, and Vice Chairman of the Shicheng Artists Association. In 2022, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism awarded Lai Youliang Studio, a renowned Chinese calligrapher and painter.
