　　周宝麟，古都陕西西安市人，中国书法家协会会员。别署：麒麟阁。号，醉墨。自幼酷爱钻研书画，习临历代名人碑文，临池碑帖，以碑求势，以帖求气，酒坛作枕，饮之狂毫至今五十余年……。在钻研书法的同时，将书法和国画融为一体，相互结合，共同研习。不但精通书法行，草，隶，篆，在国画大写意花卉上更有自己独特的风格和风范，作品出已神韵，融合贯通，古朴拙美，气势沉雄。书画深受国内外书画收藏家和鉴赏家的高度评价，并被国内外收藏家和鉴赏家以及各界知名人士收藏。在创作书画的同时，于2003年自筹資金300万创办“大中国画院”至今已十五年之久。随后相继在北京，西安创建大中国画院北京，西安分院。现任：大中国画院院长，美国兰亭笔会副会长，广东收藏家协会书画专业委员会副主任，广州市侨商会常务理事，大中国画院印务公司董事长。
