跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　赵裕启，1957年出生于山东济宁微山,毕业于北师大国画专业,进修清华大学国画高研班。现为国家一级美术师、中国国宾礼艺术家、孔子美术馆客座教授、中国公共关系协会理事、中国国际关系协会会员、内蒙古公共关系协会副主席、包头山东商会会长、内蒙古美术家协会会员、内蒙古中国国画协会理事、中国国礼艺术家协会会员、中国书画院理事、中国书画家研究会内蒙古工作委员会理事、副秘书长,包头昆区美术家协会副主席摄影家协会副主席，山东微山--中国书画艺术创作基地主席、大漠书画院常务院长、秘书长,鼎及书画家联器名主席,长正堂书画院副院长,天骄书画院院长,中国百杰画家 德艺双聲艺术家。

　　Zhao Yuqi, born in 1957 in Weishan, Jining, Shandong, graduated from Beijing Normal University with a major in traditional Chinese painting and pursued further studies in the advanced research class of traditional Chinese painting at Tsinghua University. I am currently a national first-class artist, a Chinese guest artist, a visiting professor at the Confucius Art Museum, a director of the China Public Relations Association, a member of the China International Relations Association, Vice Chairman of the Inner Mongolia Public Relations Association, President of the Baotou Shandong Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Inner Mongolia Artists Association, a director of the Inner Mongolia Chinese Painting Association, a member of the China National Ceremony Artists Association, a director of the China Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, a member of the Inner Mongolia Working Committee of the China Academy of Calligraphers and Painters, Vice Chairman of the Baotou Kunqu Artists Association, Vice Chairman of the Photographers Association, Chairman of the Shandong Weishan - China Calligraphy and Painting Art Creation Base, Executive Director and Secretary General of the Desert Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Chairman of the Dinghe Calligraphers and Painters Association, and Vice Chairman of the Changzhengtang Calligraphers and PaintDean, Dean of Tianjiao Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and a renowned Chinese painter with dual voices of Deyi.
