跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　王殿义，男，汉族，1955.3.2日出生，祖籍黑龙江佳木斯。警察职业，一级警督，副处级，中共党员，毕业于中国逻辑与语言函授大学。曾担任内蒙古自治区第五监狱，内蒙古萨拉齐监狱管教大队大队长，警备大队大队长，防暴队队长等职务。曾两次荣立三等功。

　　工作之余创作诗歌作品一千六百多首。获得国际，全国性诗文大奖赛一等奖至优秀奖60余次。并获94“中国鲁迅奖”，获94“中国诗歌奖”。创作国画作品一千余幅，发表一百余幅，获奖近百次。几百幅作品被国内外友人收藏。

　　中华人民共和国文化和旅游部颁发“中国爱国艺术家”终身荣誉称号。被官方评审为：中国国礼艺术家。

　　Wang Dianyi, male, Han ethnicity, born on March 2, 1955, with ancestral roots in Jiamusi, Heilongjiang. Police profession, first level supervisor, deputy department level, member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from China Correspondence University of Logic and Language. Formerly served as the captain of the Fifth Prison in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the disciplinary team of the Salaqi Prison in Inner Mongolia, the captain of the security team, and the captain of the riot prevention team. Has twice won third class merit.

　　In my spare time, I created over 1600 poems. Has won first prize to excellent award in international and national poetry and literature competitions more than 60 times. And won 94 "Chinese Lu Xun Awards" and 94 "Chinese Poetry Awards". Created over 1000 traditional Chinese painting works, published over 100 of them, and won nearly a hundred awards. Hundreds of works have been collected by friends both domestically and internationally.

　　In 2015, to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations, traditional Chinese paintings were successfully exhibited at the United Nations headquarters in New York, USA. There are two works on a tour in Asia. The works are exhibited at the Hong Kong Museum of Art and eight provinces and cities nationwide. Exhibited at the Rongbaozhai Art Museum in Beijing. Exhibited at the National Bird's Nest Sports Center. Exhibited in Pingdu City and Jining City, Shandong Province.
