跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　石金库，号北斗牛人，耀金，崇泽，麒弘，。生于1963年，辽宁省西丰县人，生与白山黑水之间，自幼受家庭熏陶热爱美术，曾先后进修于鲁迅美术学院，北京荣宝斋画院、中国国家画院等。现为中国文旅部艺术发展中心(中国画创作研究院研究员)。北京荣宝斋画院画家、中国教育电视台水墨丹青书画院执行院长。国家一级美木师，中央国家机关美术家协会理事，牛津大学艺术学院研究生导师。贵州省黄牛集团文化大使。海外华人美术家协会理事，上海真品艺术网顾问等。

　　石金库善画山水和动物，尤其专注于以牛为主题的创作，笔下的牛憨实生动，笔触细腻而不失朴实，笔法大气而饱含神韵。画家把自己的真实感情以墨韵体现，勾画泼洒出一种追求、一种品位、一种情绪而跃然纸上。作品体现出简约之美、灵动之美、生命之美，让自我的精神与审美内涵和艺术价值在画作中得到充分的展示。作品既有对牛的厚德载物，孺子牛，老黄牛，拓荒牛的精神体现，也有对黑土地、大草原、江南水乡的讴歌与赞美，更有对艺术不断创新的执着追求。
