跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　降玉琳，男，1945年2月生，河北怀安人，国家一级美术师，副研究馆员，世界华人美术家协会名誉主席，世界教科文卫组织首席艺术家，世界教科文卫组织艺术委员会执行委员，英格兰皇家艺术基金会永久学术顾问，中国艺术鉴定委员会艺术家学部委员会理事，台北故宫书画院名誉院长、客座教授，原内蒙美协理事。

　　多年从事工笔花鸟画的创作，外师造化，中得心源，创作的美术作品多次参加国际、国内及自治区展览，并有十余幅作品获奖。多幅作品被中美全球战略研究中心等国内外相关机构或个人收藏。经中国艺术鉴定委员会ISQ艺术市场登记认证工程组织委员会严格审议，所创作的艺术品已通过ISQ艺术品价值评定标准，被授予“著名”级美术家。

　　获奖情况：

　　1994年，被中国艺术研究院当代文艺研究室、中国当代艺术家名人辞典编委会授予中国当代艺术家名人证书。

　　2001年，被中国当代书画艺术研究会和香港国际画院联合授予“国际金奖艺术家”荣誉称号。

　　2002年，荣获中国书画交易博览会组委会(香港在线)颁发的“中国最有收藏价值作品500强艺术家”荣誉匾。

　　2003年，被第二届海内外书画名家邀请展评委会授予“中国当代实力派画家300强”荣誉称号。

　　2006年，荣获“第五届海峡两岸书画大展”“花鸟百强”奖。

　　2009年，被国际中国美术家协会、中国艺术品行情指数监测发布中心等艺术机构评为2008—2009年度“中国百位杰出画家”。

　　2014年被国家文化产业人才合作委员会，国家行业发展战略研究中心授予"华夏之魂一2014年度终身艺术成就金马奖"。

　　2021年，获文化和旅游部颁发的“国家一级美术师”“著名艺术家降玉琳工作室”荣誉牌匾。

　　此外，美术作品被编入《新中国美术家大典》、《当代艺术全集》、《1949—2000中国美术选集》、《中国当代著名画家珍品选》、《中国历代书画名家宝典》、《中国当代书画家翰墨精品集》、《当代书画海外真迹推荐》等三十余部作品集。艺术辞条先后被编入《中国当代艺术界名人录》、《世界华人文学艺术界名人录》、《世界优秀专家人才名典》等十余部典集。

　　Jiang Yulin, male, born in February 1945 in Huai'an, Hebei Province, is a national first-class artist, deputy research librarian, honorary chairman of the World Chinese Artists Association, chief artist of the World Organization for Education, Science, Culture and Health, executive member of the World Organization for Education, Science, Culture and Health's Art Committee, permanent academic advisor to the Royal Arts Foundation of England, director of the Artists Department Committee of the China Art Appraisal Committee, honorary dean and visiting professor of the Taipei Palace Museum Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and former director of the Inner Mongolia Art Association.

　　I have been engaged in the creation of meticulous flower and bird paintings for many years. I have learned from the outside and gained inspiration from it. My artistic works have participated in international, domestic, and regional exhibitions multiple times, and more than ten of them have won awards. Multiple works have been collected by domestic and foreign institutions or individuals such as the China US Global Strategic Research Center. After strict review by the ISQ Art Market Registration and Certification Engineering Organization Committee of the China Art Appraisal Committee, the artworks created have passed the ISQ art value evaluation standards and have been awarded the title of "Famous" level artist.

　　In 1994, he was awarded the Certificate of Chinese Contemporary Artist Celebrity by the Contemporary Literature and Art Research Office of the Chinese Academy of Art and the Editorial Committee of the Chinese Contemporary Artist Celebrity Dictionary.

　　In 2001, he was jointly awarded the honorary title of "International Gold Award Artist" by the China Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Association and the Hong Kong International Academy of Painting.

　　In 2002, he was awarded the honorary plaque of "Top 500 Artists with the Most Collectible Value in China" by the Organizing Committee of the China Painting and Calligraphy Fair (Hong Kong Online).

　　In 2003, he was awarded the honorary title of "Top 300 Contemporary Chinese Powerful Painters" by the jury of the Second Invitational Exhibition of Famous Calligraphers and Painters at Home and Abroad.

　　In 2006, it won the "Top 100 Flowers and Birds" award at the 5th Cross Strait Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition.

　　In 2009, he was awarded the title of "Top 100 Outstanding Painters in China" by art institutions such as the International Chinese Artists Association and the China Art Market Index Monitoring and Publishing Center for the years 2008-2009.

　　In 2014, he was awarded the "2014 Lifetime Art Achievement Golden Horse Award" by the National Cultural Industry Talent Cooperation Committee and the National Industry Development Strategy Research Center.

　　In 2021, awarded the honorary plaques of "National First Class Artist" and "Famous Artist Jiang Yulin Studio" by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
