跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　郑国义的楷体书法(简称郑体楷书)，融中国汉字的楷体、宋体和魏碑体为一体，运用细笔运行笔法，充分展示了笔画的细节、变化及内涵，形成了具有楷体骨架、宋体笔画与魏碑体韵味三体合一的独特书法风格，展现了汉字的纤细美、秀丽美和阴柔之美，创造了神合与形合高度统一的整体，开创了中国汉字楷体书法艺术美学新境界。

　　Zheng Guoyi, born in Baihe County, Shaanxi Province, is a poet, writer, calligrapher, founder of Zheng style regular script, and creator of lyrics and music. Member of Shaanxi Writers Association, contracted writer for "Chinese Writers", national ritual artist, and United Nations Peace Artist. Art consultant for CCTV's "Star Avenue" program, specially appointed art consultant for CCTV's "Artists" program, and art consultant for UNESCO. Honorary Fellow and Visiting Professor of the Royal Academy of Arts (awarded the Royal Order of the United Kingdom), Senior Academic Advisor of the Royal Academy of Arts (awarded the Royal Knight of the Netherlands), and Fellow of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Institute. Received two national invention patents. Calligraphy works and personal resumes are permanently engraved on the New Great Wall of Badaling in Beijing, and permanently embedded on the ground of the Water Cube Hall of the Beijing Olympics. Zheng's regular script was included in the 13th Five Year Plan for National Education Development Research and won the first prize for educational research achievements. His representative work is the long poem "Farewell to the Han River". Has won over 40 domestic and international poetry awards, including the Poetry Magazine. 　　In 2015, his calligraphy works were selected for the "Chinese Culture List" engraving project of the Badaling New Great Wall in China. In 2017, he was invited to participate in the CCTV "Calligrapher and Painter Special Recommendation" interview and broadcast program. In October 2017, he was selected as a cover figure for the World Knowledge Painting Newspaper of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China. Participated in the 2017 National Art Talent Exhibition organized by the Cultural and Art Talent Center of the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China. In 2018, calligraphy works were selected for the joint production of "Chinese Artists on World Stamps" by the United Nations World Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Fund and the United States Philatelic Group, which includes stamps from multiple countries such as the United States, France, the Netherlands, and Belgium. In October 2020, in collaboration with the China Academy of Management Sciences, we completed the research project of the 13th Five Year Plan for National Education Development Research, titled "The Inheritance and Development of Traditional Chinese Regular Script by Zheng Ti Regular Script". In December 2021, calligraphy works were selected for the Beijing Metro Line 1 exhibition. In September 2022, calligraphy works were selected for the Beijing Shanghai high-speed rail tour. In May 2023, calligraphy works were selected for the World Crossroads · Times Square Giant Screen Tour in New York, USA. In August 2023, hired as a specially appointed art consultant for the CCTV program "Artists". In December 2023, participated in the Beijing Olympic Water Cube "Glazed Starry Colors" Ground Porcelain Painting Cluster Exhibition and Calligraphy and Painting Art Exhibition. In January 2024, participated in the "Happy China Year" Spring Festival Gala on China Education Television. In March 2024, participated in the Beijing Special Exhibition of the BESETO Art Festival in China, Japan, and South Korea, which is also known as the "Exhibition of Chinese and Russian Art and Calligraphy Works".

　　Zheng Guoyi's regular script calligraphy (abbreviated as Zheng's regular script) integrates the regular script, Song script, and Wei Bei script of Chinese characters, using fine brushstrokes to fully display the details, changes, and connotations of the strokes. It forms a unique calligraphy style that combines the framework of regular script, Song script, and Wei Bei script, showcasing the delicate, beautiful, and feminine beauty of Chinese characters, creating a highly unified whole of harmony between spirit and form, and creating a new aesthetic realm of Chinese character regular script calligraphy art.
