跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　关真全，1945年生于河北迁西, 曾任迁西县文化馆馆长，唐山市美协副主席兼山水画研究会副会长，河北省农民书画研究会理事，中国农民书画研究会特邀理事。 在职其间，因工作业绩突出，多次被评为县模范工作者，市劳动模范、专业技术拔尖人才和省先进文化工作者。

瑞雪　　69x69cm

　　自学美术，擅国画山水，先后得果树邨、贾克里、钟长生、江  枫、李明久、吴守明、于 润、石林田、张  步等先生指导。创作的山水画作品多次参加市、省及全国性展览，部分作品获得金、银、铜等各种奖项并收入专辑。1989年国画《潘家口水库》入选中国美术家协会主办的“中国当代工笔山水画展”。1990年，国画《长城》入选“中日美术交流展”，在日本各地巡回展出。1993年国画《天堑通途》参加在北京举办的“国际中国书画博览会”。1996年国画《啊，长城》获第二届海峡两岸“王子杯”书画大赛金奖，被中国文联等单位授予“海峡两岸德艺双馨艺术家”称号。1999年由河北美术出版社出版个人画集。2000年参加第四届中国山水画展，入选“新世纪中国山水画二百家”。2010——2012年参加中国书画代表团赴台湾、俄罗斯、马来西亚书画交流活动，获“中俄文化交流贡献奖”和“马来西亚大红花奖”。2014年参加“展望2014全国书画艺术家作品联谊展”和“北京秋季当代艺术家作品邀请展”。2017年参加“情满一带一路书画名家名作海外巡展”。2019年国画《青山关》参加第九届中国山水画展，获铜奖。2020年参加“众志成城.全国书画名家抗疫大展”，获“抗疫先锋艺术家”称号。2021年应邀参加在北京举办的“第21届世纪大采风年度人物总结表彰盛典”，被授予“当代艺坛优秀典范人物”称号。鉴于其多年来积极参加出国展览和对外文化交流活动，2024年3月，被中国文化艺术交流中心授予“中华文化全球推广大使”称号。同年4月，20件山水画作品又参加了“中欧书画名家线上展”。多件作品入选《中国美术选集》、《中国书画名家翰墨精品集》等典籍，百余件山水画作品被日本、韩国、俄罗斯、马来西亚、巴西、英国、法国、澳大利亚及港澳台有关单位和人士收藏。

　　关真全倾情迁西群众文化事业，热心培养山水画业余作者，多次举办作者培训、书画大赛和各类展览，使迁西山水画队伍跻身全省四个先进美术群体行列。中国文化报、中央电视台、中国美术报、中国书画报、台湾新闻报和世界华人周刋均刋登报道了该县山水画创作队伍的活动。现在，迁西山水画会经过老、中、青三代人的共同努力，已升格为中国山水画协会一个分会。这支队伍的形成和发展，用河北省山水画研究会首任会长吴守明先生的话说：“功不可没的是有一位献身文化事业的好帶头人——关真全”。

　　Guan Zhenquan, born in 1945 in Qianxi, Hebei, served as the director of the Qianxi County Cultural Museum, vice chairman of the Tangshan Artists Association and vice chairman of the Landscape Painting Research Association, director of the Hebei Farmers Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, and special invited director of the China Farmers Calligraphy and Painting Research Association. During the period of employment, due to outstanding work performance, he was repeatedly rated as a county model worker, a city model worker, a top professional and technical talent, and a provincial advanced cultural worker.

　　Self studied art, skilled in traditional Chinese landscape painting, and has received guidance from Mr. Guo Shucun, Jia Keli, Zhong Changsheng, Jiang Feng, Li Mingjiu, Wu Shouming, Yu Run, Shi Lintian, Zhang Bu, and others. The landscape paintings created have participated in multiple city, provincial, and national exhibitions, and some of them have won various awards such as gold, silver, and bronze, and have been included in albums. In 1989, the traditional Chinese painting "Panjiakou Reservoir" was selected for the "Chinese Contemporary Gongbi Landscape Painting Exhibition" organized by the Chinese Artists Association. In 1990, the traditional Chinese painting "The Great Wall" was selected for the "Sino Japanese Art Exchange Exhibition" and exhibited on tours throughout Japan. In 1993, the traditional Chinese painting "Tianqian Tongtu" participated in the "International Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Expo" held in Beijing. In 1996, the traditional Chinese painting "Ah, the Great Wall" won the gold medal in the 2nd Cross Strait "Prince's Cup" Calligraphy and Painting Competition, and was awarded the title of "Cross Strait Artist of Virtue and Art" by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and other units. In 1999, my personal art collection was published by Hebei Fine Arts Publishing House. In 2000, he participated in the 4th China Landscape Painting Exhibition and was selected as one of the "200 Chinese Landscape Painters of the New Century". In 2002, the Chinese painting "Source" participated in the art exhibition organized by the Chinese Artists Association to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Mao Zedong's speech at the Yan'an Literature and Art Symposium. From 2010 to 2012, participated in the Chinese calligraphy and painting delegation's calligraphy and painting exchange activities in Taiwan, Russia, and Malaysia, and won the "China Russia Cultural Exchange Contribution Award" and the "Malaysia Red Flower Award". In 2014, participated in the "Outlook 2014 National Calligraphy and Painting Artist Works Friendship Exhibition" and the "Beijing Autumn Contemporary Artist Works Invitation Exhibition". In 2017, he participated in the "Overseas Tour of Famous Painters and Calligraphers along the the Belt and Road". In 2019, the traditional Chinese painting "Qingshanguan" participated in the 9th China Landscape Painting Exhibition and won a bronze award. In 2020, he participated in the National Exhibition of Famous Calligraphers and Painters Fighting Against the Epidemic and was awarded the title of "Pioneer Artist in Fighting Against the Epidemic". In 2021, I was invited to participate in the "21st Century Grand Collection Annual Figure Summary and Commendation Ceremony" held in Beijing and was awarded the title of "Outstanding Model Figure in Contemporary Art". In view of its active participation in overseas exhibitions and cultural exchange activities for many years, it was awarded the title of "Ambassador for Global Promotion of Chinese Culture" by the China Cultural and Art Exchange Center in March 2024. In April of the same year, 20 landscape paintings participated in the "China Europe Famous Calligraphers and Painters Online Exhibition". Multiple works have been selected from classics such as "Selected Works of Chinese Art" and "Collection of Fine Works of Chinese Calligraphers and Painters". Over a hundred landscape paintings have been collected by relevant units and individuals in Japan, South Korea, Russia, Malaysia, Brazil, the United Kingdom, France, Australia, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.

　　Guan Zhen is fully devoted to the cultural cause of the people in Qianxi, enthusiastic about cultivating amateur authors of landscape painting, and has held various competitions and exhibitions multiple times, making the Qianxi landscape painting team one of the four advanced beauty seeking groups in the province. China Culture Daily, CCTV, China Art Daily, China Calligraphy and Painting Daily, Taiwan News, and World Chinese Weekly all published reports on the activities of the county's landscape painting creation team. Now, through the joint efforts of several generations, the Qianxi Landscape Painting Association has been upgraded to a branch of the Chinese Landscape Painting Association. The growth of this team, in the words of Mr. Wu Shouming, the first president of the Hebei Landscape Painting Research Association, is attributed to a good leader who devoted himself to the cultural cause - Guan Zhenquan.

　　I am currently a director of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Guidance Committee of the Leisure Culture Center for Retired Cadres in the Central Government, a specially appointed painter at the China Great Wall Calligraphy and Painting Academy and the China Three Gorges Painting Academy, a contracted painter at the Malaysia Oriental Art Institute, a member of the Hebei Artists Association, a consultant to the Tangshan Artists Association, honorary president of the Qianxi Branch of the China Landscape Painting Association, a national first-class artist, and a national ritual painter.
