跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　李志财，著名书画家，1953年出生，笔名泰山人、中南海书生。现为中国书法家协会会员，中国美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师，国礼艺术家，国际艺术品评估师，亚洲杰出艺术大师。

　　自幼酷 爱书画艺术，受著名书法大师欧阳中石和国画大师吴冠中影响，在草、楷、行、隶、篆等书法创作和绘画艺术上独树一帜，自成一家，在书画领域享有重要地位。

　　作品散见于鉴宝、中国艺术名人、盛世收藏、亚洲论坛、庆祝建国六十周年作品集、升值无限艺术中国、当代中国名人名作鉴赏等文化文艺刊物。在纪念长征胜利70周年的活动工作中，国画作品《源远流长》被人民大会堂收藏，收入书画美术大展作品集。近几年来，书 画作品多次参加全国、省、市及海内外的书法作品展，享誉华夏大地和三十多个国家和地区，时任联合国秘书长的潘基文看了书画作品后，称赞其是“世界东方艺术一颗耀眼的明珠”。

　　李志财先生先后担任中国书画界联合会理事、中央国家机关书画委员会主任、中国文化遗产保护研究院总顾问、中国书法评审润格委员会专家评委、文化艺术发展委员会总顾问、中国清风书画协会执行主席、最高检文联书画协会主席、中国书画评审润格委员会评审专家、世界东方书画院执行院长、中华清风杂志社常务副社长等众多社会职务以及北京工商、北大、内蒙古大学等多所高校客座 教授。独特的艺术风格得到了国家和省市领导以及海内外书画艺术大师、专家名家的一致认可和 高度赞赏。

　　2021年担任中央美术学院美术系客座教授。

　　2022年经中华人民共和国专业艺术资质评审委员聘任为国家非遗传承师。

　　2022年12月25日作品《锦上添花》《茶》《云水禅心》分别在北京传世水墨艺术精品拍卖会以36. 6万、28万元和26万元人民币落锤成交。

　　2022年12月由大道同行组委会授予“最美人民艺术家”荣誉称号。

　　2023年作品入编聚焦全国两会《华夏翰墨写春秋 诗书画印展才情》书刊，2023年被中国中央电视台报道为全国两会重点推荐艺术家，2023年中国美术家协会，中国传统文化发展中心，中国书法家协会为其颁发 “中华艺术名家国家一级美术师”证书。

　　Li Zhicai, a famous calligrapher and painter, was born in 1953 under the pen name of Mount Taishan and Zhongnanhai Scholar. I am currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, the Chinese Artists Association, a national first-class artist, a national ritual artist, an international art evaluator, and an outstanding Asian art master.

　　I have had a passion for calligraphy and painting since I was young. Influenced by the famous calligraphy master Ouyang Zhongshi and the traditional Chinese painting master Wu Guanzhong, I have developed a unique style in calligraphy creation and painting art such as cursive, regular script, running script, clerical script, and seal script. I have developed my own unique style and enjoy an important position in the field of calligraphy and painting.

　　The works are scattered in cultural and artistic publications such as Treasure Appreciation, Chinese Art Celebrities, Prosperous Collections, Asia Forum, Collection of Works Celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China, Infinite Appreciation Art China, and Appreciation of Contemporary Chinese Famous Works. In the commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the victory of the Long March, the traditional Chinese painting "With a Long History" was collected by the Great Hall of the People and included in the collection of calligraphy and painting art exhibitions. In recent years, calligraphy and painting works have participated in numerous exhibitions of calligraphy works at the national, provincial, municipal, and domestic levels, and are renowned throughout China

　　After reading calligraphy and painting works, Ban Ki moon, then Secretary General of the United Nations, praised them as "a dazzling pearl of Eastern art in the world" in over thirty countries and regions.

　　Mr. Li Zhicai has successively served as a member of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Industry Federation, director of the Central State Organ Calligraphy and Painting Committee, general consultant of the Chinese Cultural Heritage Protection Research Institute, expert judge of the Chinese Calligraphy Review and Refining Committee, general consultant of the Cultural and Art Development Committee, executive chairman of the Chinese Qingfeng Calligraphy and Painting Association, chairman of the highest inspection literary and painting association, evaluation expert of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Review and Refining Committee, executive director of the World Oriental Calligraphy and Painting Academy, executive vice president of the Chinese Qingfeng Magazine Society, and visiting professors at many universities such as Beijing University of Commerce, Peking University, and Inner Mongolia University. The unique artistic style has been unanimously recognized and highly appreciated by national and provincial leaders, as well as calligraphy and painting masters and experts at home and abroad.

　　In 2021, served as a visiting professor in the Department of Fine Arts at the Central Academy of Fine Arts.

　　In 2022, appointed as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritor by the Professional Art Qualification Evaluation Committee of the People's Republic of China.

　　On December 25, 2022, the works "Adding Flowers to the Top", "Tea", and "Cloud Water Zen Heart" were respectively auctioned at the Beijing Inherited Ink Art Boutique Auction for 36 A hammer transaction was made for 60000, 280000, and 260000 RMB.

　　In December 2022, the organizing committee of Da Dao peers awarded the honorary title of "Most Beautiful People's Artist".

　　In 2023, his works were included in the book and magazine "Huaxia Hanmo Writing Spring and Autumn Poetry, Calligraphy, Painting and Printing Exhibition Talent" during the National Two Sessions. In 2023, he was reported by China Central Television as a key recommended artist during the National Two Sessions.
