跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　李宝祥，男，汉族，笔名一丁，北疆墨人，一山斋主。1951 年出生于黑龙江省安达市， 毕业于哈师大艺术学院。长期从事书法美术教育工作，高级教师，省书法教育委员会理事。专职画家，多年来致力于书画创作，畅游名山大川，从生活中吸取养料。

　　曾任：中国石油画院一级画师、市书协副秘书长、大庆油田书画院副院长。

　　山东龙口四海书画院副院长兼艺术总监、中原画院特聘教授，大庆美术学院特聘教授、黑龙江省书法家协会、黑龙江省美术家协会会员、中国教育视台《水墨丹青》&《名家讲堂》栏目签约艺术家，水墨丹青书画院副院长。

　　2019 年 12 月受邀参加 2020 年中国教育电视台《泼墨中华情》书画春晚节目录制并进行现场泼墨创作。

　　李宝祥老师作品风格古朴自然，大气厚重。在诗词、篆刻方面也颇有建树，花鸟、书法、山水画作品在国内外各类画展中不断获奖，部分书画作品被国内外博物馆及个人收藏，并收入 20 余部典籍;国画《春晓》入选《20 世纪中华画画苑掇英大画册》。《江边》、《岁月无声》荣获第四、第五届全国石油职工文化大赛金奖，《秋声》入选纪念毛泽东《讲话》发表 60 周年全国美术作品展，《秋》入选全国美展黑龙江赛区展，《岁月无声》获第五届大河春天全国山水画四百家，美术、书法作品分别编入《20 世纪国际现代美术精品荟萃》、《20 世纪国际现代书法篆刻名家作品荟萃》、《中国当代艺术界名人录》、《中国现代美术家人名大辞典》、《中国当代美术家人名录》等，出版中国当代名家《一丁书画作品集》，《水墨巨匠·李宝祥画集》，并获国际文化艺术交流奖和“世界银奖艺术家”称号。

　　Li Baoxiang, male, Han ethnicity, pen name Yiding, born in northern Xinjiang, is the head of Yishan Studio. Born in 1951 in Anda City, Heilongjiang Province, graduated from the Art College of Harbin Normal University. Engaged in calligraphy and art education for a long time, a senior teacher, and a director of the Provincial Calligraphy Education Committee. A full-time painter who has been dedicated to calligraphy and painting for many years, exploring famous mountains and rivers, and drawing nourishment from life.

　　Formerly served as a first-class painter at China Petroleum Painting Academy, Deputy Secretary General of the Municipal Calligraphy Association, and Deputy Dean of Daqing Oilfield Painting and Calligraphy Academy.

　　Vice President and Art Director of Shandong Longkou Sihai Painting and Calligraphy Academy, Distinguished Professor of Zhongyuan Painting and Calligraphy Academy, Distinguished Professor of Daqing Academy of Fine Arts, Member of Heilongjiang Calligraphers Association and Heilongjiang Artists Association, Signed Artist for "Ink Painting" and "Famous Lecture Hall" Programs on China Education Television, Vice President of Ink Painting and Calligraphy Academy.

　　Teacher Li Baoxiang's works have a simple and natural style, with a grand and heavy atmosphere. In terms of poetry and seal carving, he has also made great achievements. His works of flowers and birds, calligraphy, and landscape painting have continuously won awards in various art exhibitions both domestically and internationally. Some of his calligraphy and painting works have been collected by museums and individuals both domestically and internationally, and have been included in more than 20 classic books; The traditional Chinese painting "Spring Dawn" was selected for the "Duo Ying Da Album of 20th Century Chinese Painting Academy". "Riverside" and "Silent Years" won the gold medal in the 4th and 5th National Petroleum Workers' Culture Competition, "Autumn Sound" was selected for the National Art Exhibition commemorating the 60th anniversary of Mao Zedong's "Speech", "Autumn" was selected for the National Art Exhibition Heilongjiang Region Exhibition, and "Silent Years" won 400 national landscape paintings in the 5th Dahe Spring.
