刘小龙，1953年出生于苏州。自小爱好书法，曾拜赵冷月、郑德涵、曹寿槐为师。近年又得到余书广、周濂等前辈的指导。

参加过全国四、五、六届书法展，作品被南京博物院、台北故宫博物院及多家美术馆收藏。现为中国书画家联谊会会员、新文艺群体书画家工作委员会副主任，中企报盟信息科学研究院副院长，中国楹联学会书画院教授，中国楹联学会书研会副秘书长，中国服务贸易协会国际交流工作委员会顾问，华夏国艺书画艺术中心副主任、特聘书法家，中国民族建筑研究会书画艺术专业委员会特聘专家，中国文化产业促进会会员，雅昌艺术网艺术家会员等。被中国服务贸易协会国际交流工作委员会评为文化强国·让中国艺术走向世界“当代书画艺术大使”。国家一级书法师、中国非物质文化遗产智库专家、世界非物质文化遗产研究院院士、国礼书法家。享受"中国艺术人才基金会特殊津贴!

Liu Xiaolong was born in Suzhou in 1953. I have been fond of calligraphy since childhood and have studied under Zhao Lengyue, Zheng Dehan, and Cao Shouhuai. In recent years, he has received guidance from senior colleagues such as Yu Shuguang and Zhou Lian.

I have participated in the fourth, fifth, and sixth national calligraphy exhibitions and my works have been collected by the Nanjing Museum, the Taipei Palace Museum, and multiple art museums.
