2024年中欧书画名家国际艺术线上交流展——李文成

李文成，笔名三川，木子川，安徽阜阳人。经历20年军旅锤炼，20年警营打拼，文武兼备。武能冲锋陷阵，文能秉笔春秋，挥毫龙蛇。                        

现任的社会艺术机构职位有: 国家高级书法师、中央国家机关书法家协会会员、中国书法家协会会员、中国书画院会员、中国国礼艺术家、中国传统文化非遗传承人、子曰艺术馆首批签约艺术家丶安徽法制工作者书画协会特聘艺术指导等十余个之多。   

若论其在文化方面的成就，则更为突出。 由他主编、主笔和创作出版的各种史志书籍和研究性论文、政策参考性言论、传统文化和革命文化专著、书法评论等700余万字，有的被评为“五个一工程奖”、理论文章一等奖、社科类一、二、三等奖，为文化建设作出了重要贡献。

很多年来，他的书法艺术作品受到社会广泛关注。自20世纪80年代起，其书法作品就流传到日本和台湾地区。21世纪以来，其书法作品受到国家不少出版社、主流平面和网络媒体的关注。多家出版社邀请其与当代名家欧阳中石、范迪安、黄永玉、苏士澍等联袂出版了《一代佳作》、《笔墨神州艺坛圣手》、《四十年四大家》、《中国艺榜样人物李文成》等作品集11部。有不少著名评论家对其作品发表了多篇热评。

同时，他还被授予很多荣誉称号。2020年被多家官方主流媒体评为《2020中国书画百杰人物》。中国网络联盟以《笔墨歌盛世丹青绘华章一一访华人艺术领袖李文成》为题，用中英两种文字在国内外十大主流网络媒体作了报道，并授予荣誉称号。其作品入编《中华国粹》杂志。2021年被中国《新文艺》杂志选为第八期封面人物。

在2021年庆祝建党百年诞辰期间，其作品被编入《百年巨匠一一新中国艺术大典》、《打造文化强国一一新时代品牌艺术家李文成》、《中国艺坛榜样人物李文成》、《最具国际影响力艺术家》等书籍。2022年在《美丽中国行共圆中国梦一一寻找最美中国符号》活动中其作品被评为“最美中国符号”。2022年其作品《千里马》被法国卢浮宫展览收藏。2022年被全球品牌实验室和世界艺术家联合会评为《中国最具价值品牌艺术家百强榜(书法榜)位列第三十名》，并授予《中国最具价值品牌艺术家》荣誉称号。

他用书法艺术歌颂新时代，展望新未来，不忘为中华民族的伟大复兴鼓与呼。为庆祝建党100周年和为迎接党的二十大胜利召开期间，他连续创作了四首诗词和多幅书法作品，在报刊发表后，受到一大批书法读者的肯定性热评，并被读者誉为“新时代我书我诗的典范”。同时又拥有一大批“粉丝”。     

他始终遵循“以人民为中心”的创作理念，以人民喜爱为创作内容。他创作的创意书法《寿》和《鹤》字，受到人民群众的广泛喜爱，不断有人登门索要，有求必应。并被知识产权部门注册登记保护。

The current positions in social art institutions include: National Senior Calligrapher, Member of the Central State Organ Calligraphers Association, Member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, Member of the Chinese Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, Chinese National Ritual Artist, Inheritor of Chinese Traditional Cultural Intangible Cultural Heritage, First Batch of Signed Artists at the Confucius Art Museum, and Specially Appointed Art Director of the Anhui Legal Workers Calligraphy and Painting Association.

If it comes to its cultural achievements, it is even more prominent. He has edited, written, and published various historical books, research papers, policy reference speeches, traditional and revolutionary culture monographs, calligraphy reviews, and more than 7 million words. Some of them have been awarded the "Five One Project Award", the first prize for theoretical articles, and the first, second, and third prizes in social sciences, making important contributions to cultural construction.

For many years, his calligraphy works have received widespread attention from society. Since the 1980s, his calligraphy works have been passed down to Japan and Taiwan. Since the 21st century, his calligraphy works have received attention from many national publishing houses, mainstream print and online media. Multiple publishing houses have invited him to collaborate with contemporary masters such as Ouyang Zhongshi, Fan Dian, Huang Yongyu, Su Shishu, etc. to publish 11 collections of works, including "A Generation of Masterpieces", "The Holy Hand of the Chinese Art World", "Four Masters in Forty Years", and "Chinese Art Role Model Li Wencheng". Many famous critics have published multiple hot reviews of his works.

At the same time, he was also awarded many honorary titles. In 2020, it was rated as one of the "2020 Top 100 Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Figures" by multiple official mainstream media. The China Network Alliance reported on the top ten mainstream online media at home and abroad in both Chinese and English with the title "Calligraphy, Song, Prosperity, Painting, and Calligraphy - Visiting Chinese Art Leader Li Wencheng", and awarded him an honorary title. His works were included in the magazine "Chinese Cuisine". Selected as the cover character for the eighth issue of the Chinese magazine New Literature and Art in 2021.

During the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China in 2021, his works were included in books such as "The Centenary Master - New China Art Festival", "Building a Cultural Power - New Era Brand Artist Li Wencheng", "Chinese Art Role Model Li Wencheng", and "The Most Internationally Influential Artist". In 2022, her work was rated as the "Most Beautiful Chinese Symbol" in the "Beautiful China Journey to Fulfill the Chinese Dream - Searching for the Most Beautiful Chinese Symbol" event. In 2022, his work "The Thousand Mile Horse" was collected at the Louvre exhibition in France.
