跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　周光辉,男，1946生，汉族，笔名寒星，号静雷轩主。80、81年在北京首都师范大学美术系学习，95年在中央工艺美术学院中国美协举办的中国画研修班深造。潜心西部山川大漠的创作研究五十余年,曾参加“全国第一、三、四、五，六、八、九届当代山水画邀请展”、“全国首届风情画大展”、“全国书画院院长中国画新作展”“澳门东方国际名家教授书画展”等50余种全国各类大型书画展览。

　　现为中国国画家协会理事、民革中央画院理事、民革新疆画院执行院长、新疆文化艺术研究会名誉会长、新疆美术家协会国画艺委会委员、新疆山水画研究会常务理事、新疆昌吉州政协书画研究院院长、新疆书法家协会会员、新疆农业大学人文学院客座教授、中原书画院客座教授、昌吉州美协副主席、昌吉市文联副主席、昌吉市美术家协会主席、昌吉市文化馆副研究馆员、昌吉州党委政府首批命名的文化体育名人、昌吉市优秀知识分子拔尖人才，曾任昌吉市第一至五届政协委员、昌吉州第九届政协常委。

　　Zhou Guanghui, male, born in 1946, Han nationality, pen name Hanxing, number Jing Lei Xuan master. In 1980 and 1981, he studied in the Fine Arts Department of Beijing Capital Normal University. In 1995, he further studied in the Chinese Painting workshop held by the Chinese Artists Association of the Central Academy of Arts and Crafts. He has devoted himself to the creation and research of the western mountains and rivers and the desert for more than 50 years, and has participated in more than 50 kinds of national large-scale painting and calligraphy exhibitions, such as the "National First, third, fourth, Fifth, sixth, eighth and ninth contemporary landscape Painting Invitation Exhibition", "The First National Style Painting Exhibition", "The New Chinese Painting Exhibition of the Director of the National Calligraphy and Painting Academy" and "Macao Oriental International Famous Professor Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition".

　　I am currently a director of the China National Painters Association, a director of the Central Academy of Painting of the Democratic Revolution, executive director of the Xinjiang Academy of Painting, honorary president of the Xinjiang Cultural and Art Research Association, member of the Chinese Painting Art Committee of the Xinjiang Artists Association, executive director of the Xinjiang Landscape Painting Research Association, president of the Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute of the Changji Prefecture Political Consultative Conference, member of the Xinjiang Calligraphers Association, visiting professor of the School of Humanities at Xinjiang Agricultural University, visiting professor of the Zhongyuan Calligraphy and Painting Academy, vice chairman of the Changji Prefecture Art Association, vice chairman of the Changji City Federation of Literary and Art Circles, chairman of the Changji City Artists Association, deputy research librarian of the Changji City Cultural Museum, one of the first batch of cultural and sports celebrities named by the Changji Prefecture Party Committee and Government, and outstanding intellectual talent in Changji City. Member of the 1st to 5th CPPCC and Standing Committee Member of the 9th CPPCC in Changji Prefecture.
