跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　谢晓东，男，中共党员，教授。1991年毕业于齐齐哈尔师范学院艺术系。1996年毕业于哈尔滨师范大学艺术系美术教育专业。国家高级美术师，北京人和书画院院士、北京迪点文化签约书画家、中国文化部艺术人才库收录艺术家，中国书画院会员，中国硬笔书法家协会会员、省书法家协会会员、省美术家协会会员、省高校书法协会常务理事、市书法家协会理事、市硬笔书法家协会副秘书长、市教育学会书法教育专业委员会副秘书长、哈尔滨冰雪印社常务理事等社会职务，现就职哈尔滨幼儿师范高等专科学校。

　　主要业绩：1995年5月书法作品获书法教研会年展一等奖，论文一等奖。1999年4月荣获市教育局直属单位第二届教职工书法大赛分获毛笔字钢笔字一等奖。2002年6月书法作品在“湘楚杯”全国书画大赛中获三等奖，传略及作品收录在《中国当代书画艺术精英笔迹赏析》中，并获“中国当代艺术精英”称号。2002年6月个人传略及作品在山西省《中师书坛》报第12期第一版刊登。2003年1月书法作品获第二届“祖国颂”全国书法大赛优秀奖。2004年1月书法作品入选“中国书画家精品展”并在韩国。日本展出。2005年2月作品级传略入编《和平杯书画国际联展2004俄罗斯获奖作品博览》作品在汉城、新加坡展出。2006年6月书法作品入选黑龙江省第七届临帖展。2006年6月刻字作品“三个代表”入选黑龙江省艺术大展。2006年12月油画作品《江畔》入选省第四届新人新作展，并在省美术馆展出。2007年7月油画作品《老船》入选迎庆党的“十七大”共建和谐黑龙江首届油画艺术大展。2007年12月被聘为“黑龙江省高校书法协会理事”。2009年4月书画作品入编哈尔滨市冰雪印社出版的《书画印刻集萃》。2009年7月硬笔书法作品参加市文联和教育局举办的书法家进校园“百校巡展活动”。2012年6月被聘为中国教育学会学校文化研究分会黑龙江艺术大赛组委会评委。2015年3月依据中华人民共和国文化部第31号令，由中国美术学院认定为“中国美术学院美术考级辅导教师”。2015年7月书法作品入编《翰墨奇葩》作品集。2018年2月省楹联家协会“赞美春天”书法作品获奖。2018年8月入编中华人民共和国文化部“艺术人才库”。2019年9月第十五届海峡两岸书画名家作品展书法作品获金奖。2019年10月依据中华人民共和国文化部第31号令，认定具备“中国美术学院”美术等级考试监考官资格。2020年3月参加智慧树大学美育网课录制。2020年4月在“中国梦.劳动美.战疫情”哈尔滨市职工书画摄影展活动中，书法作品入展，2020年8月入驻国宾礼艺术家档案库。2020年9月第十六届海峡两岸书画名家作品展书法作品获金奖。2020年11月中国新闻在线、中国企业品牌网、中国文联网、中国新闻报道和朝闻天下系列报道宣传“我与欧阳中石先生--谢晓东作品选登”。2020年12月获中国书画家公益联盟组委会授予的”中国精神，榜样人物”光荣称号。同年参与“2020年国际艺术名家重点推荐人物”，2021年5月荣获纪念中国共产党诞辰100周年“中国最具实力派艺术家”称号。2023年8月被授予“讲述文化故事，传播文化力量-企业文化传播大使”光荣称号。2023年“致敬改革开放45周年传承创新文化榜样”邮票上的艺术名家谢晓东作品由澳门邮政出版发行，2023年10月，授予“中国非物质文化遗产研究院智库专家”称号。2023年11月，授予“一带一路文化形象大使”称号。

　　Xie Xiaodong, male, member of the Communist Party of China, professor. Graduated from the Art Department of Qiqihar Normal University in 1991. Graduated from the Art Department of Harbin Normal University with a major in Art Education in 1996. National Senior Artist, academician of Beijing Renhe Calligraphy and Painting Academy, contracted calligrapher and painter of Beijing Didian Culture, artist included in the Art Talent Pool of the Ministry of Culture of China, member of China Calligraphy and Painting Academy, member of China Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, member of Provincial Calligraphers Association, member of Provincial Artists Association, executive director of Provincial College Calligraphy Association, director of Municipal Calligraphers Association, deputy secretary-general of Municipal Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, deputy secretary-general of Calligraphy Education Professional Committee of Municipal Education Association, and executive director of Harbin Ice and Snow Printing Society. Currently employed at Harbin Preschool Teachers College.

　　Main Achievements: In May 1995, my calligraphy work won the first prize at the annual exhibition of the Calligraphy Teaching and Research Association, as well as the first prize for my thesis. In April 1999, he won the first prize in the second Teachers and Staff Calligraphy Competition of a directly affiliated unit of the Municipal Education Bureau. In June 2002, his calligraphy works won the third prize in the "Xiangchu Cup" National Calligraphy and Painting Competition. His biography and works were included in the "Appreciation of Chinese Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Art Elite Writings" and he was awarded the title of "Chinese Contemporary Art Elite". In June 2002, my personal biography and works were published on the first page of the 12th issue of the "Zhongshi Shutan" newspaper in Shanxi Province. In January 2003, the calligraphy work won the Excellent Award in the 2nd National Calligraphy Competition of "Ode to the Motherland". In January 2004, calligraphy works were selected for the "Fine Exhibition of Chinese Calligraphers and Painters" and presented in South Korea. Exhibition in Japan. In February 2005, the work level biography was included in the "Peace Cup International Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition 2004 Russia Award winning Works Expo", and the work was exhibited in Seoul and Singapore. In June 2006, calligraphy works were selected for the 7th Heilongjiang Province Calligraphy Exhibition. In June 2006, the engraving work "Three Represents" was selected for the Heilongjiang Provincial Art Exhibition. In December 2006, the oil painting "Riverside" was selected for the 4th Provincial New Artists Exhibition and exhibited at the Provincial Art Museum. In July 2007, the oil painting "Old Boat" was selected for the first oil painting art exhibition in Heilongjiang Province to celebrate the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. In December 2007, he was appointed as a director of the Heilongjiang Province College Calligraphy Association. In April 2009, his calligraphy and painting works were included in the "Collection of Calligraphy and Painting Printing and Engraving" published by Harbin Ice and Snow Printing Society. In July 2009, the hard pen calligraphy works participated in the "Hundred Schools Tour Exhibition" organized by the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Education Bureau for calligraphers entering the campus. In June 2012, he was appointed as a judge for the organizing committee of the Heilongjiang Art Competition of the School Culture Research Branch of the Chinese Education Society. In March 2015, in accordance with Order No. 31 of the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China, it was recognized by the China Academy of Fine Arts as the "Art Examination Tutor of the China Academy of Fine Arts". In July 2015, calligraphy works were included in the collection of "Strange Works of Hanmo". In February 2018, the calligraphy work "Praising Spring" by the Provincial Couplet Association won an award. Joined the "Art Talent Pool" of the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China in August 2018. In September 2019, the calligraphy works of the 15th Cross Strait Calligraphers and Painters Exhibition won a gold medal. In October 2019, in accordance with Order No. 31 of the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China, it was recognized that it has the qualification of being an examiner for the "China Academy of Fine Arts" art level examination. Participated in the recording of the online art education course at Wisdom Tree University in March 2020. In April 2020, calligraphy works were exhibited at the "Chinese Dream, Labor Beauty, and Fighting the Epidemic" Harbin Employee Calligraphy, Painting, and Photography Exhibition. In August 2020, they were included in the artist archives of Binli in China. In September 2020, the calligraphy works of the 16th Cross Strait Calligraphers and Painters Exhibition won a gold medal. In November 2020, China News Online, China Enterprise Brand Network, China Internet of Culture, China News Report, and Chaowen Tianxia series of reports promoted the selection of works by Mr. Ouyang Zhongshi and Xie Xiaodong. In December 2020, he was awarded the honorable title of "Chinese Spirit, Role Model" by the Organizing Committee of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Public Welfare Alliance. In the same year, he participated in the "2020 Key Recommended Figures of International Artists" and won the title of "China's Most Powerful Artist" to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of the CPC in May 2021. In August 2023, he was awarded the honorary title of "Telling Cultural Stories, Spreading Cultural Power - Corporate Culture Communication Ambassador". The artwork of renowned artist Xie Xiaodong on the 2023 "Tribute to the 45th Anniversary of Reform and Opening up, Inheritance and Innovation Cultural Role Model" stamp was published and distributed by Macau Post. In October 2023, it was awarded the title of "Expert in Think Tank of China Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Institute". In November 2023, it was awarded the title of "the Belt and Road Cultural Image Ambassador".
