跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　白小乐，男，河北省博野县人。1941年出生，1965年由高教部派往法国巴黎留学，大学本科毕业。中国社会科学院机关党委副书记、院刊主编;欧美同学会总会理事、畄法分会副秘书长。中国《首批国家级非物质文化遗产》书法传承人、《新中国传世名家名作金书》授予者、中国国宾礼艺术家、中国书法家协会会员;中国中央电视台栏目组艺术顾问、北京中国书画协会常务理事兼副秘书长、北京龙潭湖地书协会创建人暨首任会长。

　　Bai Xiaole, male, from Boye County, Hebei Province. Born in 1941, sent by the Ministry of Higher Education to study in Paris, France in 1965, graduated with a bachelor's degree. Vice Secretary of the Party Committee of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Editor in Chief of the Journal; Director of the European and American Alumni Association and Deputy Secretary General of the French Branch. The inheritor of the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage calligraphy in China, the awardee of the Golden Book of Famous Masters in New China, the artist of the Chinese State Guest Ceremony, and a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association; Art consultant of China Central Television program group, executive director and deputy secretary-general of Beijing Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Association, founder and first president of Beijing Longtan Lake Local Calligraphy Association.
