跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　秦翥翊，男，1947年生，广西阳朔人，大专文化，1966年就职于阳朔县园林管理所，曾任所长，技术部主任，国家一级高级技师，阳朔县政协二、三、四、五届政协委员。曾任中国盆景艺术家协会常务理事，中国艺术学会终身常务委员。现任香港书法院名誉院长，中国网教中心艺术部客座教授，中国国际艺术网终身艺术顾问，中国诗书画名誉院长、政协书画院名誉院长等。1980年先后创作了不少盆景作品，分别被《盆景制作与养护》和《图解山水盆景制作》，尤其是‘绿云清韵’作品刊登于人民画报1980第四期封底，同时被电影《盆景艺术欣赏》专题片选入播放。1985年受广西区盆协委托，主持创作了大型长卷山水盆景艺术评比展览大赛中获一等奖为广西赢得荣誉。2004年6月曾受法国方面邀请，二十余幅作品在法国几个城市及荷兰展出。2004年其书法作品经国家文物局中国书画收藏家协会暨中国书画典藏编辑委员会专家评议认证收藏润格发给认定书。2008年其书法作品四幅入选十一届中国当代实力派书画拍卖会。2009 年10月经全国人事资质资格考核为一级书法师，中国获准上市艺术家，12月被授予为“共和国实力派艺术家”荣誉称号，“国家一级书法师”及荣获十九大功勋艺术家之称号。2014年3月由中国国家艺术网、中国当代收藏家协会共同推出入编的《中国书画收藏最具有投资价值的二十位艺术家》荣获国家文化传承人物之一者。2012年10月中国文化名人题贺活动聚焦十八大其作品在评选中荣获最佳题贺艺术奖金奖，特授予“百位中国文化名人与中共十八大题贺艺术家”荣誉称号。多次参加全国范围书法作品展获奖多次，均有纪念奖、佳作、银、金、终身成就奖，中华人民共和国诗书画功勋奖金奖等奖项。事迹入编《共和国建设者档案》《中国世纪专家》，论文入编《中国奇石盆景根艺大观》，哲理格言入编《中华名人格言》《中外哲理名言》《中华名人词典》《甲午风云艺坛名流十二杰》《中国当代书画巨匠》等多部典籍。作品自撰诗、词、楹联书法分别入编(1949年——2009年)《中华诗书画人物年鉴》《国学艺术大典藏》《第三届全国楹联书法篆刻大赛》及《全国当代书画名人名作精品集》《新中国大阅兵题贺艺术大典》《新中国书法艺术家选集》《中国古今龙字书法大家典》等多部典籍。

　　Qin Zhuyi, male, born in 1947, is from Yangshuo, Guangxi. He has a college education and was employed at the Yangshuo County Landscape Management Institute in 1966. He has served as the director, director of the technical department, national first-class senior technician, and member of the second, third, fourth, and fifth sessions of the Yangshuo County Political Consultative Conference. Formerly served as an executive director of the China Bonsai Artists Association and a lifelong executive member of the China Art Society. The current Honorary Dean of the Hong Kong Calligraphy Academy, Visiting Professor of the Art Department of the China Online Education Center, Lifetime Art Advisor of the China International Art Network, Honorary Dean of Chinese Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting, and Honorary Dean of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Calligraphy and Painting Academy. In 1980, he successively created many bonsai works, which were respectively published in "Bonsai Production and Maintenance" and "Illustrated Landscape Bonsai Production". Especially, the "Green Clouds and Clear Rhyme" work was published on the back cover of the fourth issue of People's Pictorial in 1980, and was also selected for broadcast in the special film "Appreciation of Bonsai Art". In 1985, commissioned by the Guangxi Basin Association, he presided over the creation of a large-scale long scroll landscape bonsai art competition and won first prize, winning honors for Guangxi. In June 2004, he was invited by the French side and more than 20 works were exhibited in several cities in France and the Netherlands. In 2004, his calligraphy works were evaluated and certified by experts of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Collectors Association and the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Collection Editorial Committee of the National Cutural Heritage Administration. In 2008, four of his calligraphy works were selected for the 11th China Contemporary Powerful Calligraphy and Painting Auction. In October 2009, he was assessed as a first-class calligrapher in the national personnel qualification assessment, and was approved to be listed as an artist in China. In December, he was awarded the honorary title of "Republic Strength Artist", "National First Class Calligrapher", and the title of Artist of the 19th National Congress of Merit. In March 2014, "Twenty Artists with the Most Investment Value in Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Collection" jointly launched by China National Art Network and China Contemporary Collectors Association was awarded one of the National Cultural Heritage Figures. In October 2012, the Chinese Cultural Celebrity Celebrity Celebration Event focused on the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. His works won the Gold Award for Best Celebration Art in the selection, and he was awarded the honorary title of "100 Chinese Cultural Celebrities and Artists Celebrating the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China". I have participated in numerous national calligraphy exhibitions and won numerous awards, including commemorative awards, masterpieces, silver, gold, lifetime achievement awards, and the People's Republic of China Poetry, Calligraphy, and Painting Merit Award. His deeds were included in the "Archives of the Builders of the Republic" and "Experts of the Century in China", his papers were included in the "Grand View of Chinese Stone Bonsai Root Art", and his philosophical sayings were included in many classic books such as "Chinese Celebrity's Mottoes", "Chinese and Foreign Philosophical quotes", "Chinese Celebrity Dictionary", "Jiawu Fengyun Twelve Famous Artists", and "Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masters". His works, including poetry, lyrics, and couplet calligraphy, were respectively included in several classic books from 1949 to 2009, including the "Yearbook of Chinese Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Figures", the "Collection of National Art Classics", the "Third National Couplet Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Competition", the "National Collection of Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Famous Works", the "New China Parade Celebration Art Ceremony", the "New China Calligraphy Artists Selection", and the "Classic of Chinese Ancient and Modern Dragon Character Calligraphy".
