　　陈德敬(笔名：泰吉、东方寅;斋名 :得一斋)男，1950 年 11 月出生，汉族，山东龙口人，中共党员，大专学历，高级书画师。

　　陈德敬自幼习书，几十年如一日，致力书法篆刻研习创作，勤奋耕耘，锲而不舍。

　　其书法秉承传统 , 涉猎真、行、草、篆、隶各体，博采互补。书作大开大合，风格迥异，大小皆能。真书雄秀融合、轻灵飞动;草书起伏明快、神驰笔畅;隶书融篆纳简、古朴遒婉;篆书雄浑厚重、拙中蕴巧;行书瘦硬清挺、婉畅多姿。篆刻取法秦玺、汉印，彰显金石之古拙。追求法度，不为法困。时以隶、简、行、楷入印，讲求实用。
