跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　蒋斗贵,男，汉族，中共党员。副处职级退休干部。系云南省楚雄州双柏县人。书法作品参加全国、全球书画名家作品大赛获46个金奖和1个特等奖。得到欧阳中石先生和苏士澍主席的点评高赞。现为中国企业报道·艺术资讯艺术顾问和理事会副主席、中国书画家联谊会会员、新文艺群体书画家工作委员会副秘书长、特聘书法家、国际刊号公开出版物《新文艺》月刊杂志副主任、ISQ9000A国际艺术体系资质认证书法师、非遗中国书法高级传承师、全国注册书法教师、华夏国艺书画艺术中心副主任、中企报盟信息科学研究院书画培训师、中国企业文化促进会艺专委副秘书长、《人民美术》艺术家委员会委员、《企业家日报》艺术周刊编委、国家民族画院特聘书法家、北京六艺嘉韵书画研究院终身院士、北京东方翰林书画院签约书画家、长沙羲之国际艺术中心客座教授、中国大众文学学会理事会员、中国艺术品收藏协会会员、中国炎黄艺术协会终身会员。2022年5月书法作品《沁园春·雪》入展中国文联(中国文艺网)举办的优秀书画作品网络展。2022年7月参加全国书画人才高级线上研修班学习，并由中央文化和旅游管理干部学院颁发结业证书。部分作品己收入《中国古今隶书十家》、《中国艺术大家》、《书画典藏--中国书画名家保值增值作品选集》、《新时代艺术名家典藏》、《经典传承当代最具创作力的书画名家作品集》、《国家宝藏书画辞典》、西冷印社出版的《盛世中华新时代书画人才文艺创作与文化传播工程成果选编》、《祖国》、《新文艺》杂志和中国、美国、法国纪念珍藏邮册、《名家风采》等公开出版发行。

　　Jiang Dougui, male, Han ethnicity, a member of the Communist Party of China. Retired cadres at the deputy level. He is from Shuangbai County, Chuxiong Prefecture, Yunnan Province. My calligraphy works won 46 gold medals and 1 special prize in the national and global calligraphy and painting masters competition. Received high praise from Mr. Ouyang Zhongshi and Chairman Su Shishu. In May 2022, the calligraphy work "Qinyuan Spring Snow" was exhibited at the Excellent Calligraphy and Painting Online Exhibition organized by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles (China Literature and Art Network). I participated in the National Advanced Online Training Course for Calligraphy and Painting Talents in July 2022 and was awarded a graduation certificate by the Central Academy of Cultural and Tourism Management Cadres.
