　　跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　章小华，(建阳岱华)，男，汉族，大专学历，中共党员。1956年10月出生于福建省南平市，现居建阳。毕业于中国语言逻辑函授大学“文秘专业”，后经企业派送福建省经委干校进修“企业管理“。1985年《人民文学》创作函授中心首届学员;1990年获得中华书法研究会评为毛笔行书2段。现为中国东方文化研究会艺术研究员和中国大众文化学会书画艺术专业委员会委员;是福建省建阳区美术家协会会员;是北京中宣盛世国际书画艺术研究院会员;是建阳区老年书画研究会的理事;是北京宣和书画艺术研究院会员;是国家一级美术师。2023年3月获聘为中艺星光绿色书画交流平台管理中心副主任，及建阳岱华工作(达标)站站长。

　　Zhang Xiaohua, (Jianyang Daihua), male, Han ethnicity, with a college degree, is a member of the Communist Party of China. Born in October 1956 in Nanping City, Fujian Province, currently residing in Jianyang. Graduated from the "Secretarial major" of China Language and Logic Correspondence University, and later sent by a company to the Fujian Provincial Economic and Trade Commission for further studies in "Enterprise Management". In 1985, he was the first student of the "People's Literature" Creation Correspondence Center. In 1990, he was awarded the title of "2 sections of calligraphy and painting" by the Chinese Calligraphy Research Association. Currently, he is an art researcher of the Chinese Oriental Culture Research Association and a member of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Professional Committee of the Chinese Popular Culture Society. He is a member of the Artists Association of Jianyang District, Fujian Province, a member of the Beijing Zhongxuan Shengshi International Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute, a director of the Jianyang District Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, a member of the Beijing Xuanhe Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute, and a national first-class artist. In March 2023 Deputy Director of the Management Center of Yixingguang Green Calligraphy and Painting Exchange Platform, and Station Master of Jianyang Daihua Work (Standard) Station.
