跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　陈佼荣，字墨痴，号墨香阁主人。男，汉族，大专文化，1958年8月出生在湖南衡阳祁东。现为国家高级书法师、中国书法家协会会员、中国楹联学会会员。庐山毛体书法研究院高级研究员、中企联文化研究院理事会副主席、中国民族建筑研究会书画艺术专业委员会理事会副主席、中国书画产业研究基地专家组成员、中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会“特聘书画家”，兼副秘书长;《新文艺》和《民族艺术》杂志编委成员。2023年被全国人民艺术家信用管理中心书画艺术委员会特聘为“艺术顾问”和“艺委会主席”。

　　本人自幼受三位母舅：石镜泉、石香泉、石雨泉老师的熏陶，从小痴迷书法。7岁临摹大舅的行书体《千字文》、二舅自撰的楷书体《六言杂字集》。后又学练柳公权、颜真卿的楷书、王羲之的天下第一行书《兰亭序》。无论严寒酷暑，冬去春来总是临池不辍，从不间断，坚持做到“四多”：多看书学理论、多请教学经验、多临帖学技巧、多钻研学创新。还挤出时间从报刊上剪贴书画作品21本，收集古今名家精品力作25000幅。

　　近几年常有书法作品在《艺术与生活》、《人民代表报》、《美中时报》、《中国近现代美术年鉴》、《共和国美术大典》等报刊、巨著上刊登发表。撰写出版了《荼余饭后写工商》、《百笑堂》、《墨彩天韵》、《砚台梦笔》和《中国艺术外交珍藏版金书》5本拙作。

　　《茶余饭后写工商》将在县工商行政管理局工作期间所写的1400多篇政务信息、新闻报道、调研文章分别在《祁东时报》、《衡阳日报》、《湖南日报》、《中国工商报》、《中国消费者报》等媒体上发表的作品收集成册;《百笑堂》讲述了各种各样的可笑之事，描摹了形形色色的可笑之人。集可读性、趣味性、幽默滑稽性于一体，让广大读者在幽默、欢笑中度过美好的时光;《墨彩天韵》(歌词手抄本)，整整花了3年时间，用硬笔抄写红歌、军旅歌及各类经典歌词668首;《砚台梦笔》收录自撰诗词300余首、楹联300多幅、书法理论文章20余篇、艺苑杂谈30篇、书法作品150多幅。

　　2015到2023年连续9年被中企联信息研究院特邀参加全国两会艺术家献礼。2022年3月一副《怀念毛泽东》书法作品在苏富比文化艺术中心大中华拍卖会上以人民币45万元落槌成交。2022年7月被共和国美术大典组委会评为“共和国功勋艺术家”荣耀称号;2022年8月中央电视台《中国文化人物》节目特邀作为艺术家代表推广传播中华优秀传统文化。被央广国际文化交流艺术委员会聘请为委员;2022年3月被授予中国文化艺术国际传播大使，作品通过英、法、德、意等相关国家文艺部门的评审，并达到了评审标准，润格资质水平，人民币润格300000 元/平方尺。美元润格50000美元/平方英尺、欧元润格50000欧元/平方英尺。2023年2月被中国书画产业联盟书画交易中心、中国书画产业联盟授予“新时代艺术巨匠”荣誉称号。

　　Chen Jiaorong, styled Mochi, is the owner of Moxiang Pavilion. Male, Han ethnicity, with college education, born in August 1958 in Qidong, Hengyang, Hunan. I am currently a national senior calligrapher, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and a member of the Chinese Couplet Society. Senior Researcher at Lushan Maoti Calligraphy Research Institute, Vice Chairman of the Council of the China Enterprise Federation Cultural Research Institute, Vice Chairman of the Council of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Professional Committee of the China Ethnic Architecture Research Association, Member of the Expert Group of the China Calligraphy and Painting Industry Research Base, "Specially Appointed Calligrapher and Painter" and Deputy Secretary General of the Calligrapher and Painter Work Committee of the New Art Group of the China Calligrapher and Painter Association; Member of the editorial board of the magazines "New Literature and Art" and "Ethnic Art". In 2023, he was specially appointed as an "art consultant" and "chairman of the art committee" by the Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee of the National People's Artists Credit Management Center.

　　I have been influenced by three maternal uncles since childhood: Shi Jingquan, Shi Xiangquan, and Shi Yuquan, and have been obsessed with calligraphy since childhood. At the age of 7, he copied his uncle's running script style "Thousand Character Script" and his uncle's self written regular script style "Six Character Miscellaneous Character Collection". Later, he learned and practiced the regular script of Liu Gongquan, Yan Zhenqing, and Wang Xizhi's top running script, the Preface to the Orchid Pavilion. No matter how cold or hot it is, when winter comes and spring comes, we always come to Linchi without stopping, without interruption, and insist on achieving the "Four Excellences": reading more books to learn theory, seeking more teaching experience, learning more skills from copywriting, and researching and innovating more. I also made time to cut and paste 21 calligraphy and painting works from newspapers and collected 25000 masterpieces from ancient and modern masters.

　　In recent years, calligraphy works have been frequently published in newspapers and monuments such as "Art and Life", "People's Representative Newspaper", "US China Times", "China Modern Art Yearbook", "Republic Art Encyclopedia", etc. I have written and published five clumsy works, including "Writing about Industry and Commerce after a Full Meal", "Bai Xiao Tang", "Ink Colorful Tianyun", "Inkstone Dream Brush", and "Chinese Art Diplomacy Collection Gold Book".

　　"Writing about Industry and Commerce after Tea and Dinner" will collect and compile over 1400 pieces of government information, news reports, and research articles written during my work at the County Administration for Industry and Commerce, which will be published in media such as Qidong Times, Hengyang Daily, Hunan Daily, China Industry and Commerce Daily, and China Consumer Daily; "Bai Xiao Tang" tells the story of various ridiculous things and depicts various ridiculous people. Integrating readability, fun, and humor, allowing readers to spend a wonderful time with humor and laughter; "Ink Colored Heavenly Rhyme" (handwritten copy of lyrics), spent a full 3 years copying 668 classic lyrics of red songs, military songs, and various genres with a hard pen; "Yantai Mengbi" includes over 300 self written poems, over 300 couplets, over 20 calligraphy theory articles, 30 art discussions, and over 150 calligraphy works.

　　From 2015 to 2023, I was specially invited by the China Enterprise Federation Information Research Institute to participate in the National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference as an artist's gift for 9 consecutive years. In March 2022, a calligraphy piece titled "Remembering Mao Zedong" was sold at the Sotheby's Cultural and Art Center Greater China Auction for RMB 450000. In July 2022, he was awarded the honorary title of "Republic Meritorious Artist" by the organizing committee of the National Art Festival of the People's Republic of China; In August 2022, the CCTV program "Chinese Cultural Figures" was specially invited as an artist representative to promote and disseminate excellent traditional Chinese culture.
