跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　安兴军：生于1950年，号秦鲁居士、字鹤翁。山东人，沉醉墨海四十余载。现任中华书画协会副主席兼任西北分会主席、中书协会员、陕西省慈善联合会名誉会长、陕西省人民政府参事室陕西省文史研究馆文史研究员、中国艺术鉴定委员会理事、国家注册书画类字痕鉴定教授、陕西紫藤園珍宝博物馆名誉馆长。多幅作品海内外华侨、故宫博物院、中国国家博物馆、陕西省人大，陕西省政协，陕西省文史馆文献资料室收藏。其中巜物华天宝》《天涯共此时》《云海松涛》巜天涯若比邻》《条条道路通罗马》《丝绸之路》《江山如画》等作品由西安市政府赠送给乌干达、苏丹、乌兹别克斯坦队、澳大利亚等国家收蒇，并被誉为最具投资价值的书法家。其作品及人物传记被国內外各大媒体多次报道、刊发。2010年故宫博物院、中国美术家协会、中国书法家协会祝贺故宫博物院建院85周年，紫禁城落成590周年、太和邀约2010故宫中秋招待会特邀嘉宾、2011年西安世界园艺博览会特邀住会书法家，是唯一一位在世园会闭幕式演出巜梦寻》中，以书法向世人展示中国传统文化魅力的书法家。并且其作品在2012年伦敦奥运会之旅中国当代书画艺术展示活动中被评为金奖。同时获得由国际奥委会主席雅克.罗格亲笔签名的荣誉证书。并被评委会一致推荐成为并授予影响世界的中国当代书画艺术名家荣誉称号。2014年11月18日书法作品，经中国传统文化诗书画协会、中国迎亚太经合组织(ABEC)峰会、中国当代书画艺术展组委会等五个单位联合认定，其作品在中国迎亚太经合组织(ABEC)峰会中国当代书画展活动中，被评为金奖，并被评委会一致推荐决定，并授予2014北京ABEC峰会最具影响力的《书法名家》荣誉称号、被国家美术师职称审定委员会注册为《国家一级美术师》，并多次被陕西省人民政府办公厅及中华慈善总会、陕西省慈善联合会、陕西省慈善协会表彰。

　　An Xingjun: Born in 1950, with the courtesy name Qin Lu Jushi and the courtesy name He Weng. Shandong people have been immersed in the sea of ink for over forty years. The current Vice Chairman of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Association and concurrently serves as the Chairman of the Northwest Branch, a member of the Chinese Calligraphy Association, Honorary President of the Shaanxi Charity Federation, Research Fellow of the Shaanxi Provincial Museum of Culture and History, Director of the Chinese Art Appraisal Committee, National Registered Calligraphy and Painting Character Identification Professor, and Honorary Director of the Shaanxi Zitengyuan Treasure Museum. Multiple works have been collected by overseas Chinese, the Palace Museum, the National Museum of China, the Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress, the Shaanxi Provincial Political Consultative Conference, and the Document Reference Room of the Shaanxi Provincial Museum of Culture and History. Among them, works such as "Illustrated Treasures of the World", "Shared Moments at the End of the World", "Clouds and Seas of Songs and Waves", "The Boundaries Are Like Neighbors", "All Roads Connect Rome", "The Silk Road", and "picturesque rivers and mountains" were gifted by the Xi'an Municipal Government to Uganda, Sudan, Uzbekistan, Australia and other countries for collection, and are known as the most valuable calligraphers for investment. His works and biographies have been reported and published multiple times by major domestic and foreign media. In 2010, the Palace Museum, the Chinese Artists Association, and the Chinese Calligraphers Association congratulated the 85th anniversary of the establishment of the Palace Museum, the 590th anniversary of the completion of the Forbidden City, the special guest of the 2010 Palace Museum Mid Autumn Festival Reception invited by Taihe, and the special resident calligrapher of the 2011 Xi'an World Horticultural Expo. He was the only calligrapher to showcase the charm of traditional Chinese culture to the world through calligraphy in his performance "Dream Seeking" at the closing ceremony of the World Horticultural Expo. And his works were awarded a gold medal at the 2012 London Olympics Tour of Contemporary Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Art Exhibition. Simultaneously obtaining a certificate of honor signed by the President of the International Olympic Committee, Jacques Rogge. And was unanimously recommended by the judging committee to become and awarded the honorary title of a world-renowned contemporary Chinese calligraphy and painting artist. On November 18, 2014, the calligraphy work was jointly recognized by the Chinese Traditional Culture Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Association, the China Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (ABEC) Summit, and the China Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Art Exhibition Organizing Committee. Its work was awarded a gold medal in the China Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition at the ABEC Summit, and was unanimously recommended and decided by the judging committee. It was awarded the most influential "Calligraphy Master" honorary title at the 2014 Beijing ABEC Summit, registered as a "National First Class Artist" by the National Artist Title Approval Committee, and has been commended multiple times by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government Office, the China Charity Federation, the Shaanxi Provincial Charity Federation, and the Shaanxi Provincial Charity Association.
