跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　胡旭辉 男 1957年出生。湖北恩施人。1988年硕士研究生毕业，原大学教授。曾任中国轻工企业工艺美术研究会广东分会副会长，中国书画家协会会员， 湖北美术家协会会员，深圳云桐轩写生馆馆长，深圳市创意知识产权促进会秘书长; 深圳罗湖原创书画家协会党支部书记。深圳梧桐山59号艺术沙龙创始人。深圳提香艺术写生中心主任。曾多次组织深圳书画家北京，天津，河北，湖南，福州，云南，贵州，三峡，恩施，太行山，海南及广东和深圳的艺术家笔会及写生活动; 曾举办个人展《一位鄂西大山人的抒情诗》，《胡旭辉五省市写生小品个人展》，深圳画家《海南六人优秀作品写生展》;深圳《来了就是深圳人》优秀作品展，其国画小品及山水国画多次参加各种全国拍卖活动深受大众喜爱和收藏。
