
跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展,对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台,促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴,还能够増进“三地的文化艺术交流和情谊”。同时,通过线上展览的举办,也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术,推动中华文化的传承与发扬。 余制波,笔名碧浩,号鄱西耕夫,1949年出生于江西永修。北京教育学院毕业,国家机关退休。自幼酷爱书法,广临碑帖,在军队和国家机关的工作实践中不断研习提高。现以楷书、行书、隶书和行草榜书见长。 作品在国内参展先后获得各类奖项达三十余次,在法、美、澳及新、马、日、韩等东南亚国家的艺术殿堂展出。有的作品在国外获奖并被国外文化机构和专家、学者收藏,许多作品被国家文化机构选入巜中国书画家大辞典》(当代卷)、巜盛世翰墨名家经典》(国礼卷)、巜中国书画收藏指南》、《国家记忆人物大典》、《中华儿女》等二十多部书刋和典籍。 几十年来为传承中国传统文化和促进国家文化建设、丰富人们精神文化生活积极做出贡献。尤其是退休之后,潜心研习书艺,不断从历代先辈碑帖中探悟真诀,认真吸纳古代先贤的笔法、墨法精华,结合社会需求,勤奋进取,大胆创新,力铸书艺精彩,拓展了传承与创新、艺术与生活相互促进的新境界,倡导运用美学丶力学丶哲学等多学科知识诠释书艺属性与潜在内涵,从而提升了艺术对服务社会与精神文化建设方面的价值,展示了艺术工作者传承与创新的社会担当。用书法艺术启迪民众酣畅淋漓写人生,提出艺术应服务于社会各领域,力求不断创造社会价值。作品朴实无华而兼纳借鉴相关艺术要素,笔法流畅而雄健,体态端庄而清秀,泼墨凝神,潇洒大气,独具风采,具有国画的璀璨,音乐的韵味,诗的意境,舞蹈的节奏韵律,极富神采和人格魅力。作品弘扬了新时代的真善美,书写出了社会民众的精气神,犹如璀璨明珠,散发着光芒与神韵,努力创造艺术工作者的人生价值,赢得社会的广泛赞誉。 近几年被中国老龄事业发展基金会红枫学堂和乐龄云课堂聘为书法主讲老师,积极参与文化养老教务工作,为全国各地的老年学员热情服务,认真传授书法技艺,引领老年学员积极参与文化养老,提升文化素养,愉悦身心,实现科学养生,受到老年学员的高度称赞。 他现为中国书法家协会丶北京市书法家协会、中央国家机关书法家协会、中国老年书画家联谊会等机构会员,文化部诗酒协会诗书画院一级书法师、中国书画段位评审委员会理事、中国老年书画研究会创作研究员、中视频道书画院副院长等职务。 Yu Zhibo, pen name Bi Hao, also known as Poxi Gengfu, was born in Yongxiu, Jiangxi in 1949. Graduated from Beijing Institute of Education and retired from government agencies. I have had a passion for calligraphy since childhood, and have been widely exposed to inscriptions. I have continuously studied and improved in the work practice of the military and state organs. Currently, he excels in regular script, running script, clerical script, and cursive script. The work has won various awards more than 30 times at domestic exhibitions, and has been exhibited in the art halls of Southeast Asian countries such as France, the United States, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and South Korea. Some works have won awards abroad and have been collected by foreign cultural institutions, experts, and scholars. Many works have been selected by national cultural institutions to be included in more than 20 books and classics, such as the "Dictionary of Chinese Calligraphers and Painters" (Contemporary Volume), the "Classic of Famous Chinese Calligraphers and Painters in Prosperous Times" (National Ritual Volume), the "Collection Guide of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting", the "National Memory of Figures", and the "Children of China". For decades, we have actively made contributions to inheriting traditional Chinese culture, promoting national cultural construction, and enriching people's spiritual and cultural life. Especially after retirement, he devoted himself to studying calligraphy, constantly understood the true secret from the ancient generations' steles, conscientiously absorbed the essence of the ancient sages' brushwork and ink technique, combined with social needs, worked hard and enterprising, boldly innovated, and strived to create a wonderful calligraphy, expanded the new realm of inheritance and innovation, art and life promoting each other, and advocated the use of aesthetics, mechanics, philosophy and other multidisciplinary knowledge to interpret the attributes and potential connotation of calligraphy, thus enhancing the value of art in serving society and spiritual and cultural construction, and demonstrating the social responsibility of artists for inheritance and innovation. Using calligraphy art to inspire the public to vividly write about life, proposing that art should serve various fields of society and strive to continuously create social value. The work is simple and unadorned, incorporating relevant artistic elements. The brushstrokes are smooth and vigorous, the posture is dignified and delicate, the ink is concentrated, elegant and elegant, and has a unique style. It has the brilliance of traditional Chinese painting, the charm of music, the artistic conception of poetry, the rhythm and rhythm of dance, and is full of charm and personal charm. The work promotes the truth, goodness, and beauty of the new era, writing the essence and spirit of the people in society, like a brilliant pearl, emitting light and charm, striving to create the life value of artists and winning widespread praise from society. In recent years, he/she has been hired as a calligraphy lecturer by the Red Maple School and Lelingyun Classroom of the China Elderly Care Development Foundation. He/she actively participates in cultural and elderly education, provides enthusiastic services to elderly students across the country, earnestly imparts calligraphy skills, leads them to actively participate in cultural and elderly care, enhances cultural literacy, pleases the body and mind, and achieves scientific health preservation. He/she has been highly praised by elderly students. He is currently a member of institutions such as the China Calligraphers Association, Beijing Calligraphers Association, Central State Organ Calligraphers Association, and China Elderly Calligraphers and Painters Association. He is also a first-class calligrapher at the Poetry and Painting Institute of the Poetry and Wine Association of the Ministry of Culture, a member of the China Calligraphy and Painting Rank Evaluation Committee, a creative researcher at the China Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, and the vice president of the China Television Calligraphy and Painting Institute.
