　　张春明 ，生于1957年11月， 籍贯北京密云。中共党员，学历，大专，人民书画院会员，北京汉墨书画院会员。在继承发展传统中国书法和国画艺术的实践中，张春明先生秉承继承、创新、发展的理念，在国画花鸟画创作上，以小写意为核心，表现写意写实，突出作品内在之魂，力求探索创新，并具独到之处。2023年三月、2024年2月多幅书画作品被北京巨匠丹青书画院，中国集邮艺术网，国礼艺术家邮品制作组委会选用，制作出版了《江山如此多娇--纪念毛主席诞辰130周年》主题邮册和纪念建国75周年集邮册，并被授予国礼艺术家，新时代人民艺术家称号。同时被授予艺术功勋人物。2023年11月多幅作品经国家主管部门及澳门邮政严格审核，在盛世中华，复兴有您活动中，出版发行了素有国家名片之美誉的邮票，邮品等。近年来多幅作品在全国书画大赛中获奖，从业书画职业期被授予千年文脉传承艺术家;影响世界十大金牌艺术家;人民需要的艺术家;新时代最受欢迎人民艺术家，中国书画百杰名人;中国当代正能量文艺工作者:时代标杆;等荣誉称号。多幅经典书画作品被《名人辞典中国名人大数据库》等辞书收录。其作品升值空间巨大。3023年8月被中央美术学院聘为客座教授，2024年1月被评为中国文学艺术界年代人物，同月成为CCTV中视文化频道签约艺术家。

In March 2023 and February 2024, multiple calligraphy and painting works were selected by Beijing Jujiang Danqing Calligraphy and Painting Academy, China Philatelic Art Network, and the National Rites Artist Stamp Production Organizing Committee. The themed stamp album "Jiangshan So Beautiful - Commemorating the 130th Anniversary of Chairman Mao's Birthday" and the stamp album commemorating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People were produced and published, and were awarded the title of National Rites Artist and New Era People's Artist.
