　　刘仁庆，1942年6月生于山东省莱阳市，毕业于首都师范大学美术学院，曾任解放军报社美术编辑，中国文化艺术发展促进会会员，国家一级美术师，北京美协会员，北京油画学会常务理事，文化部艺术发展中心中国书画院油画创作院副院长，中国民族书画院理事，中国民族书画研究院研究员，中国书画世界行联合会理事，新加坡新神州艺术院高级名誉院士，油画作品《早市》参加全国美展，油画《喜讯》参加意大利佛罗伦萨中国书画世界行高峰论坛获油画金奖，油画《卓玛的希望》参加中国美术馆十六届大路画展获优秀奖，油画《帕米尔冬曲》参加中国美术馆十七届大路画展获优秀奖，油画《中国飞翔》入选英国伦敦29届奥林匹克美术大会并被收藏，油画《景颇族姑娘》入选28届奥林匹克美术摄影作品展获金奖，油画《彭真为律师题词》获中国美术馆中国首届律师美术书法作品展金奖，中国五十六个民族油画肖像获北京中国书画收藏家协会终身成就奖及特别金奖，2021年作品正式被“百年历程中国道路”主题《中国邮册》收录，经主管部门严格审批准于出版素有国家名片之美誉的邮品邮册，並特授予“国礼艺术家"荣誉称号。

　　Liu Renqing, born in June 1942 in Laiyang City, Shandong Province, graduated from the School of Fine Arts at Capital Normal University. He previously served as an art editor at the People's Liberation Army Newspaper, a member of the China Association for the Promotion of Cultural and Art Development, a national first-class artist, a member of the Beijing Artists Association, an executive director of the Beijing Oil Painting Society, vice president of the Oil Painting Creation Institute of the China Academy of Painting and Calligraphy at the Art Development Center of the Ministry of Culture, a director of the China Academy of Ethnic Painting and Calligraphy, a researcher at the China Academy of Ethnic Painting and Calligraphy, a member of the China Painting and Calligraphy World Tour Federation, and a senior honorary academician at the Singapore New Shenzhou Academy of Art. His oil painting "Morning Market" participated in the national art exhibition, and his oil painting "Good News" won the oil painting gold award at the Chinese Painting Participated in the 16th Dalu Painting Exhibition at the National Art Museum of China and won the Excellent Award. Oil painting "Pamir Winter Song" Participated in the 17th Great Road Art Exhibition of the National Art Museum of China and won the Excellent Award. The oil painting "Flying China" was selected for collection at the 29th Olympic Art Conference in London, UK. The oil painting "Jingpo Girl" was selected for gold at the 28th Olympic Art Photography Exhibition. The oil painting "Peng Zhen's Inscription for Lawyers" won the gold award at the first Lawyer Art and Calligraphy Exhibition of the National Art Museum of China. The portraits of 56 ethnic oil paintings in China won the Lifetime Achievement Award and Special Gold Award from the Beijing Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Collectors Association. In 2021, the work was officially included in the "China Postbook" themed "The Century Journey of China's Road". After strict approval by the competent department, it was allowed to publish a postage album known as the national business card, and was awarded the honor of "National Rites Artist". Title.
