辛厚德(建社)，辛建社，陕西富平人，现为`清华大学美术学院研究员、中国书画家协会主席、中央艺术名家书画院名誉院长，中国国画院副院长、中国书法家协会会员、中国榜书家协会副主席，世界奇绝协会名誉主席，中国百家姓书画协会主席，中国孔子学院名誉主席，中国部长将军书画协会西部书画研究院院长、国际美术家联合会副主席、人民美术报理事会副主席、中南海国礼签约艺术家。(国家姓名测划师，风水堪與师)。 作品曾多次在全国获奖并被出售英国大使馆、韩国、加拿大、意大利、澳门、香港、台湾等，并被中国红十字总会、国家残联肯定与收藏。作品入选习仲勋同志诞辰98周年、100周年书画展并被组委会收藏。其作品被国家重要领导及国务院和中组部主要领导永久性收藏。

Xin Houde (Jianshe), Xin Jianshe, born in Fuping, Shaanxi, is currently a researcher at the Academy of Fine Arts at Tsinghua University, Chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, Honorary Dean of the Central Academy of Fine Arts Calligraphers and Painters, Vice Dean of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Painting, Member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, Vice Chairman of the China Booklist Calligraphers Association, Honorary Chairman of the World Wonders Association, Chairman of the China Hundred Family Calligraphers and Painters Association, Honorary Chairman of the Chinese Confucius Institute, Dean of the Western Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute of the Chinese Minister General Calligraphers and Painters Association, Vice Chairman of the International Artists Federation, Vice Chairman of the People's Art Newspaper Council, and Zhongnanhai. Xin Jianshe has been recognized as one of the top ten outstanding figures and famous calligraphers and painters in China. She has been awarded the title of National Special Calligrapher by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and has also published calligraphy and painting albums together with teachers Liu Dawei and Ouyang Zhongshi. In 2018, he won a gold medal in the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Competition, and in 2019, he won a special calligraphy award in the Chinese Calligraphy Competition. In the same year, he was named one of the top ten creative artists in the Chinese Planning Academy.
